Fulfilment flies along and we’re on to Phase 2. Details below are laid out by area.

A quick note for all of our Backers who backer at the Original Art level. We will be handling the sending of those canvases directly from the UK. This way we can ensure the item is well wrapped and fully insured throughout its journey to you. The rest of your order will be fulfilled separately.

All of our UK & EU packages have been picked, packed and collected by our couriers. Our fulfilment partners worked super fast and all of these were sorted and sent out quicker than we expected.

There will still be some backers who are waiting for the packages to arrive at their doorsteps, but it looks like this should be completed ahead of schedule. 

US customs have confirmed that the final items needed for fulfilment to begin have cleared customs and are on their way by truck to our US Warehouse.

As we’re sending this out, they should be being unloaded at the warehouse. That means a new fulfilment step unlocks, just in time for February.

Your addresses will lock down in the next 48 hours, so look out for that email.

We are also working out the final plans for Canadian shipping, with 2 options available to us. There should be no delay to Canadian orders beginning as a result of this choice.

It will take a few weeks to fill all these orders. You’ll get a tracking code and we will also update your order in Backerkit so you know when it’s shipped. We’ll also update you again when fulfilment is done. The last orders to these territories should ship before the end of Feb.

We have had a short delay with shipping freight to Australia. At present this hasn’t impacted our fulfilment plans, but we will keep you informed. The items remain packed up and ready to move out as soon as we have our route and airline locked in.

We still expect this to be the last group to begin fulfilment, kicking off around mid-February.
