TL;DR: if you’re in the UK, Europe, Africa or the Middle East, your addresses are locking down imminently. Please check they are correct!

Everyone else: your books are moving towards you!

The final piece of the puzzle dropped into place yesterday. The Heart GM screens have cleared UK customs and are now careening down the track towards our fulfilment centre like a wild Vermissian train.

As we’re sending this out, they should be in the warehouse - which means we can begin fulfilment.

Here’s the timeline:

The first UK & EU backers packages will go out this month, starting with the smallest orders and working up to the largest packages over the following weeks. That means your addresses will lock down in the next 48 hours, so look out for that email.

It will take a few weeks to fill all these orders. You’ll get a tracking code and we will also update your order in Backerkit so you know when it’s shipped. We’ll also update you again when fulfilment is done. The last orders to these territories should ship before the end of Feb.

Things are coming together nicely. The first, main shipment has landed and is on a train towards at our US fulfilment centre; the first books should arrive there once they clear customs next week. We know this can be a tricky time for projects (ask us about moths!) and we also need to get the Heart GM screens across the pond for those who’ve ordered them.

We’re anticipating that should be done within a couple of weeks, at which point we’ll lock addresses and get your fulfilment started. More soon.

Pallets are packed for shipment to our Australian fulfilment centre – they'll be handling everything Asia-Pacific-related through the AusPost system. These will go onto an aeroplane in the next week or so and, customs willing, will be at the fulfilment centre by the end of January.

We’re expecting this will be the last group to start, kicking off around mid-February.
