Project Update: Trivia Challenge #3
It's the day before we launch and we're releasing our third trivia question!
We've also read all of your answers to our question about the art book... and we're listening.
As you all requested, the supplemental Art of Grandmaster physical book WILL be included in the $125 pledge level. If we get to stretch goals, they will help us upgrade the Art of Grandmaster with even more deluxe features.
Additionally, we are adding an Art of Grandmaster ebook to every single pledge level. While we can't release the short stories in ebook format (as they remain available spread across the eighteen Valdemar Anthology ebooks on Amazon), we CAN add every other piece of content from Grandmaster to our supplemental ebook, including the art, map, timeline, and Loremaster credits, along with any other content that stretch goals help us unlock.
To determine the price of Deluxe Grandmaster, we conducted a fan survey earlier this year, which over 500 of you responded to. We asked for help balancing price with special features—the higher the price, the more goodies we could add. Based on those responses, we set out to cram as much amazing content into Grandmaster as we could for the $125 price point that the survey results requested, and we budgeted our campaign for what we think we can raise: $100,000.
However, if we change our campaign goal from $100,000 to $120,000, the extra funds will let us offer the Deluxe Grandmaster at the $100 price point, instead of $125.
Again, we're listening. If you all want us to take the risk of a higher campaign goal in exchange for a more affordable Deluxe Grandmaster, we have until the end of today to make that change.
