I have great news and not-so-great news on the 13P front.
The bad news first: we're not going to fulfill by the end of September. Looks like we're stretching into early October for this one - that's because I found a couple glaring errors in the layout I had to fix AFTER I'd sent the book to press, which created a delay. So they're fixing that (but our new printers are fantastic and they're not charging us extra for it, so that's superb!) and then I have to wait for a physical proof to approve. After that, we'll be on our way.
Now, here's the GOOD news.
Surveys should go out by the end of the week and possibly as soon as tomorrow! So watch your email and get ready! I can at least say that at that point fulfillment will BEGIN, because as soon as surveys come in, the ebooks will go out! So you'll all have your PDF copies by the end of the month!
