Project Update: IMPORTANT UPDATE!!! We are ready to lock orders!
Hey, all!
I have finally gotten everything in order with BackerKit, and it looks like we're at last ready to lock orders and charge cards. I am sending out this update to give everyone a last opportunity to check their addresses, make sure cards are updated, and all that good stuff. I'll be locking/charging TOMORROW MORNING, so please get your surveys done and finalized before then!
INTERNATIONAL BACKERS: YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED SHIPPING FOR POD ORDERS. If you do get charged, please reach out to me and we'll get you squared away (via refund).
ADD-ONS: Those of you who indicated you wanted additional copies of 13P, you should now have those added to your order as add-ons and I shouldn't need to bill you separately for them. Again, if something seems off when your card gets charged, please by all means reach out and we'll get you squared away.
DOMESTIC BACKERS: Your shipping should theoretically max out at $10 if you ordered a higher pledge level or add-ons with multiple books. I know some of you were concerned that it appeared you were being charged $7 per book. This is NOT the case, and that should have been fixed. Again, as above, reach out to me if you think you've been overcharged.
I also want to be clear: THE MOMENT everyone is charged, PDFs and GM screen PoD codes will be delivered via DTRPG, and international book PoD codes will be delivered via Lulu. The books themselves are at press right now and I expect to have them in hand and start shipping within the next couple of weeks at the MOST.
FINALLY, for those who missed out on the campaign itself, remember you can still pre-order copies at https://www.elflair.com/13p and you can also head to elflair.com to check out ALL of our games and grab your copies!
I can't wait to get these into your hands!!! I am infinitely grateful to you all for sticking with me through the complications here, and I sincerely hope you all love the final product. I think it will be worth it! I was hoping to be well into fulfillment by now, but you know what they say about plans and contact with the enemy, so here we are. All things considered, missing fulfillment by a couple weeks for a crowdfunding campaign ain't half bad...
