Hello Pride Angels backers, I have a quick update for you all tonight. If you were interested in the second funding attempt for the Pride Angels pins that were not funded in this campaign, they are now available in the Blood & HolyWater preorder store. The preorder store will close in about two weeks on December 6. If you backed the Blood & Holy Water campaign, you'll have the option to add these pins to your order as addons in the survey.
If you received your Pride Angels pins, I hope you love them! If you haven't yet, be sure to check tracking through Backerkit. You can contact Backerkit supportif there are any issues with your rewards.
Thank you all so much for your patience regarding the campaign perk surveys. We have just sent out a small batch of surveys in order to make sure things are running smoothly. If you don't see a survey in your inbox yet, don't worry! Only 130 have been sent out so far. If all goes well, the rest of the surveys will roll out shortly.
Please note, these surveys are MANDATORY for you to receive your backer perks as it's how we are collecting shipping information for orders. If you encounter any issues, please reach out so we can resolve them before we send out the rest of the surveys.
Hi there backers, I'm happy to announce all the rewards have been shipped out! It should take 1-2 weeks for domestic (USA) shipments to arrive and 4-6 weeks for international shipments. Your tracking information is available through Backerkit.
For those of you who ordered keychains, please note the keychains come with a protective film that needs to be peeled off.
You can contact Backerkit supportif there are any issues with your rewards. Backerkit support will forward your message to me. Do not message me on my shops, social media, or comment on the campaign page - if you do that I may miss your message.
I graded and packed everything myself, so there is a non-zero chance of human error. This was my most challenging campaign to fulfill given all the different items, so please be kind when reaching out if you do find any issues. I will happily accommodate replacements or exchanges if needed.
A few people have inquired about the additional freebie sticker: if you find it in your package, that is not a mistake. If you missed it please read the backers-only section of this update.
For anyone who has not yet filled out the survey or had other issues with their order, I have reached out via your Backerkit email. If you do not follow-up on this email, you will not receive rewards.
I'm planning to list extras in my shops sometime during the first week of December. If you're waiting to buy leftovers, look out for a backers-only coupon; and please be aware that my shops will be open for only a few days in December, before I close them for the holidays.
Finally, I wanted to share some current/upcoming campaigns:
My current campaign is Blood and Holy Water, featuring vampire and angel pins. It is part of the Mementos Mori collection, there's lots of cool Halloween pins in this collection and tons of freebies you can get! It is ending November 14.
My final campaign Themed Monster Enamel Pins will be next year, but you can follow the pre-launch page now. It will feature monsters themed in different aesthetics.

This is just an update to let you know that I now have all the pins for this project in my possession. They all look great, and correct, except for the asexual pin. The asexual pin was plated in the wrong metal color, and one of the flowers, which was supposed to be white, was made pink. I have reached out to my manufacturer to get this corrected, but I'm not sure how long it will take to have them remade.
While I have all the items for this campaign, I still need to sort, count, and grade the pins, as well as set up a shipping station in my office. I expect shipping to start in about 1-2 weeks. This is just a reminder if you need your shipping address updated, please email me at [email protected] with the name and email associated with your pledge, and your new address.

All completed surveys have been fulfilled! There are 9 people who haven't filled their surveys, and 5 people who haven't successfully paid for their pledge and/or shipping. You will have until December 31, 2024 to do any and all of this in order to receive your rewards. I have had this note in almost every update since the project launched:
NOTE: as per my terms of service in the FAQ, if you do not fill out your survey and fully pay for your pledge + shipping by December 31, 2024, the Cafe TTRPG project will be completely locked and you will not be refunded. I am not a warehouse, so I cannot keep your surveys open forever, nor can I store items forever if they are not paid for or claimed. Any money you have already paid will be considered a donation. THE CAFE TTRPG PROJECT WILL FULLY CLOSE ON DECEMBER 31ST, 2024.

Hello backers, I have graded all the pins and it's time for them to ship! You should have received an email from Backerkit about your shipping address being locked. If you missed it, please double-check your address in the survey hereas soon as possible.
If you filled out your survey late and I cannot fulfill your order, I will email you to inquire if you would prefer delaying your shipment for a few months, while additional pins are made; would like to select a different pin; or would be satisfied with a seconds grade pin instead. Please make sure you can access your Backerkit email. If you would like more information on my pin grading system, please see myAbout Page & FAQ.
Once you receive your package, feel free to contact Backerkit supportif there are any issues with your rewards, they will forward your message to me. Apologies for the delay in updates- we're a small team and we've had to spend the last few weeks doing a lot of prep work for attending LightBox Expo in Pasedena, California over the last weekend. Before we talk about that, let's get to the production updates-
MERCH:
You haven't missed it, the surveys have not been sent out yet! Our sincerest apologies, that's on us. Besides the very busy prep work for LightBox expo mentioned earlier, we miscalculated some shipping prices for international backers. We wanted to make absolutely sure that shipping prices were as accurate as we could get them, and that they would cover all needs necessary, across as many regions as possible. We could not in good confidence rush that job before LightBox, so we had to put in on the backburner to ensure no one got ripped off. That being said, it's most of the way done already- and now that we're done with LightBox it just needs some final adjustments, a small test run, and then they should be out to everyone by mid-November at the latest! After the surveys are sent out, we'll be able to start shipping as soon as we get all of the surveys back.
ANIMATION PRODUCTION:
LightBox prep has also slowed production a bit, but we're still going strong behind the scenes! The re-write is incredible, and some small (but needed) tweaks to the visual development are underway to ensure we can make the episode faster without compromising on quality.
And lastly, a word on LightBox Expo...
Seeing so many of you in-person during LightBox Expo was incredible beyond words and we are still processing it!! We're unbelievably thankful to be reminded of the amazing folks behind our screens. To everyone who came to our booth, whether you were there to buy merch or just talk- thank you!!! We can't wait to finish this episode and come back even stronger <3
And to those of you from around the world who couldn't make it to California for LightBox- we haven't forgotten about you!! (On the contrary, it's why the surveys have been taking so long, sorry again...) We hope to table at other events when we have the time and resources to do so, feel free to suggest some in the comments if you know of any! But for now, it's time to take a step back and go full throttle on Mandelbrot Hall.

Hello!! I was looking over my survey again to finalize it after getting the "double check your mailing address" email, and wanted to ask a question. In the "Pledge Items" section, everything looks correct except for something labeled "Asexual Plague Doctor Sticker" being added, and no postcard indication anywhere.
I was wondering if the postcard is being labeled as this sticker, and I just missed that information somewhere; I also don't recall seeing any information about the "Asexual Plague Doctor Sticker" anywhere (nor do I remember picking it in my pledge), though I could have missed that as well!

Hello Pride Angels backers and followers, about five days from now is the launch of my new campaign Blood & Holy Water. This campaign is launching on Halloween and will feature vampire and angel enamel pins. I was inspired by how much shared imagery there is between vampires and angels and wanted to capture that in a pin series.
Blood & Holy Water is part of the Mementos Mori collection, which features six pin campaigns with spooky, Halloween themes. There's a ton of freebies to be had!
Mementos Mori pin set: pledge to all six Mementos Mori campaigns to get a mini pin from each campaign.
Each campaign may offer additional freebies on top of these collaborative rewards, including stickers and more!

I wanted to give you all assurance that I am committed to fulfilling Pride Angels first and foremost. Usually I like to completely wrap up one campaign before launching another but the Mementos Mori collaboration ended up being scheduled for Halloween so there is a little overlap. I anticipate Pride Angels to overlap only with the funding stage of Blood & Holy Water (which is ending November 14), so it should not conflict with fulfillment.
If the Blood & Holy Water campaign sounds interesting to you I hope you'll consider pledging! But I completely understand if you prefer to wait for this campaign's pins first before pledging. If you miss the Blood & Holy Water campaign, just like in Pride Angels there will be a post-campaign preorder store, where I am planning to fund some old pin designs in new colors and the Pride Angels pins that didn't get funding in this campaign.
