Pin Production
I have received MOST of the pins I need to fulfil the remaining orders. I have received both of the main shipments from my production partner, but because of the FedEx issue from a month ago I am still short on a few designs.
My production partner is currently re-making the affected designs. If your order contains any of these pins it is unfortunately delayed while they are being re-made.
I DID get in a small number of Assay Cat and Meteorology Cat with my most recent shipment, but it is not enough to fill all of the orders that contain these designs. So a few of those will get shipped out sooner than later, but the rest will be waiting on the re-makes.
I truly appreciate your continued patience as I continue to work toward getting these lovely pins into your hands!

Because creating artwork is a compulsion for me, I have a few upcoming projects planned for the rest of 2024.
2024 Witch Cat - Hansel and Gretel
I have a yearly tradition of releasing a 'witch cat' pin design through Kickstarter, and this year's theme is the Gingerbread Hag from Hansel and Gretel. This will be a collection of 5 pins including Hansel cat, Gretel cat, the Gingerbread Hag cat, a LARGE gingerbread house, and a 'Cute Cat' pin, which I have shared below. The other four pins are done in the style and scale of my greater Black Cat RPG collection.

Yellow Duck RPG

Yellow Duck RPG is a bit of a satirical reimagining of my original Black Cat RPG pin series, plus a few new villainous additions to spice things up!

Within 2-3 weeks, I will send out Backerkit surveys to each of you. They should appear in your emails. There, you can select which specific items you want. You may also add more items you might've missed out on (such as any coffee cats ^^).
Any additional charges will be processed about 2-4 weeks after all surveys have been sent.

All shipping information will collected via Backerkit surveys. Your shipping charge will be calculated there too. Your shipping charge may vary depending on your location and the number of items you ordered.

You can also reclaim your pledge via your survey link at any point in the future.

Failed Payments 💳 If your payment fails, BackerKit will make a few more attempts in the following days. Hi folks! I know it's late in the game, but as we come ever closer to the final week, I'm excited to announce that a new add-on is now available: pin banners!
Here's a mockup: Now, obviously, this is not meant to be a literal representation of good husbandry. But I think it's cute!
These banners will be 9" wide x 13 x long. Each of the little terrarium & aquarium sections are about 2" x 2" - the perfect size for your CREEPY CUTIES pins and more!

After the campaign and surveys are both complete, the remainder of the banners I have made will go up on Etsy. They will be sold for $25 there, but if you get them as an add-on to your pledge, you can save $10 and snag them for only $15 each!

I have some not great updates and (hopefully) a more cheerful update.
✨ Flora & Feather Update: To start with - the manufacturer for the pins & bookcharms has created even further delays. Starting in early December, they just ghosted me and stopped responding to any of my emails. This came right after we had just had our first promising move forward on the UV print layers. I was finally able to get a reply from them about a week ago and they told me the rep I had been working with was no longer with the company. I have no idea why no one else from the company followed up with me when she left, or why my emails went unanswered for almost a month. But the new rep said she would pick up where we left off. Unfortunately, her English seems to be so limited that she can't understand the majority of my emails and just ignores every question or instruction I ask of her. They said they were reprinting the next set of UV layers I sent them but that was a week ago and they are not answering again. I feel so terrible for how long these delays are going for all of you to get the pins and charms you ordered. But unfortunately, I am completely stuck fighting to make any headway with this manufacturer. I am seriously considering starting over with another company, as I am starting to belive that may be the only way forward. But if I do that, I will be losing probably $10k out of my savings to cover the switch. So I am begging and pleading with this manufacturer to try and make any progress on the pins and charms. The molds all came out beautiful, and even the enamel layers look lovely - it is only the UV layers that have us stuck and not being able to communicate at all has severely limited my ability to troubleshoot the problems with them. But that is the current state of things with the pins and charms.
I wanted to reassure all of you though, that I am still hard at work on them. It keeps me up at night from the stress of trying to get through to them and is the first thing I check on every morning when I wake up. It may still take a good while before I can get these made, but I want all of you to know that one way or another, I will get these finished for all of you. And I am determined to make sure they are worth the wait.
✨ Pintopia 2025 - Sorceress Pins: Secondly, I wanted to talk about the next Pintopia event happening this month. I'd hoped Pintopia would be in March as it was last year, but they moved it up to January which gave me less time to wrap up everything from this campaign before the next one. But I've decided to go ahead and participate in this month's Pintopia with a few new pins for my Sorceress series.
Because so much of this Flora & Feather campaign is delayed on the manufacturer's end, there isn't much I can do in the long days and weeks between their replies, other than email them repeatedly. So this new campaign wont in any way take away needed time from finishing this last campaign.
This new campaign, I am designing to be much simpler - I am only doing about 5 designs rather than 25, they will not have any special effects, like UV printing or metal alternate colors, and they will only be pins rather than bookcharms. So with all these safeguards in place towards simplicity, they should be much easier and quicker to manufacture. And I am really excited about this new pin series!
Each of these sorceress pins will be an extra large art piece - about 4-5 inches designed to be displayed on a 5x7 gold foil card, framed on a wall or shelf. I am leaning into an Art Nouveau style for this set. Here is a little peak at the direction we are going for these:
Again, I wanted to reassure everyone that this will not in any way interfere with my work on getting the Flora & Feather pins finished. But I hope you will join me on this campaign in the meantime 🩶

Its been over a month now since any updates. The last one said everything will be shipped before the holiday rush.... I've received no items or any shipping info. Please keep us updated more frequently. I understand the delay with health issues, but there's no excuse to have our hard earned money for this long to just ghost all the backers. Happy New Year! We hope you’re all starting 2025 with joy and excitement. We're here for a quick update on the progress and share some thoughts.
Just want to know that we haven't given up on this project (or any other). Since we changed manu, things are moving along, albeit a bit slowly, but everything is on track! Our pins are currently in production, though we’ve hit a few bumps in communication with our new manufacturer. It seems they don’t always grasp our requests on the first go, which has led to some back and forth over artwork proofs and corrections—especially with our more intricate designs. We really miss the seamless communication we had with our previous manufacturer before they encountered their own challenges. 😩
>As we approach the Chinese New Year at the end of the month, we expect things to slow down even more, as all our manufacturers will be on holiday. We noticed, this time of year always tends to make them busier and less responsive starting from early January already, so we appreciate your patience as we go through these added waits.
On a brighter note, sticker production is also progressing, even if it’s at a slower pace. We can’t wait to share more juicy updates with you soon!
Of course, we owe you an apology for not updating in the past two months. We know we’ve been slow to communicate everywhere, and we truly appreciate your patience. As we've mentioned elsewhere, we're not the best at keeping everyone in the loop, especially when there aren’t significant developments to share.
You might recall the personal and health challenges we faced throughout 2024, which unfortunately left us unable to work for quite a while. This caused significant setbacks across the board. Additionally, our previous pins manufacturer, who we had relied on for years, was unable to assist us for months as well -despite having already in hand the production of lots of our collections and projects, forcing us to find a new trusted manufacturer. A process which isn't quick or easy at all, and it’s been a bit of a struggle to restart production out of our own pocket.
We realize not everyone can follow all the updates across our various campaigns and social channels, and we noticed that many miss updates even within the same campaign, so we just wanted to share again these challenges.
That said, we’re committed to catching up with everything and also improving our communication this year! Being both AuDHD with no help doesn't make it easy, so please be extra patient with us 🥺🙏
On a bittersweet note, with almost all our pets gone, we find ourselves with fewer tasks to juggle. While it’s certainly a tough emotional transition that we still have to overcome, it's surely a relief our workload. We miss them dearly, but we’re hopeful that this change will allow us to focus more on our work and bring you the Delidragons (and other) goodies you loved very soon~

For the backing tiers the following options will be available:

Additional items will be available to be added on. I just have it separated this way to make it a bit easier for everyone.
Also, I haven't decided on the order of the collections, so please cast your votes here. As an appreciation to everyone who has supported me through purchase or even just likes, I will order the unlock-able tiers by most to least popular. Plus, there is space for suggestions IF we unlock all collections, I will add more tiers to be unlocked + for future projects!

First, I hope that the first day of the year is going as smoothly as it possibly can for everyone. I whole-heartedly wish for everyone to go into the new year with their bellies full, be well rested, and less stressed. Even taking it one day at a time deserves a massive high five in my opinion, so imagine me giving you one right now. <3
Most of this update will be for the last remaining Canadian backers, since I had a backer reach out for an update this morning, and I just wanted to make sure I kept everyone in the loop. So if you're not interested, you can scroll on down to the "OTHER NEWS" section. Canada we have GOOD NEWS and BAD NEWS.
GOOD NEWS Yes, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers' Strike is over...for now! It ended December 17th, which I have been keeping an eye on every day for this news, as most people with packages eager to get them out, have been doing. From what I'm reading though, things were not resolved and may start up again in May...but that's just a little FYI. I can't confirm whether this is true, but it won't be an issue for this project since it will be completed way before that.
BAD NEWS Just because the Strike has lifted, does not necessarily mean that everything is back to normal. Your postal union has A LOT to recover from unfortunately and they couldn't automatically go back into business as usual until the back queues of undelivered mail are taken care of. I'm even reading that some spots in Alberta are still feeling the effects. Due to the fires still being put out so to speak in Canada's post offices, The United States Postal System is STILL suspending packages from being sent, and no shipping labels are even allowed to be bought until they give us the all clear. I know because I've tried several times. Please rest assured, all of these 12 packages are ready to go... they're sitting in my living room, and I can't wait for them to move out lol.
As you know, I had a kerfuffle with a pin company, and had to shift my business to another in order to avoid complications. Well, I am happy to say that this new company is doing exceptionally well! Here are some of the completed pins. They look like they crawled straight out of my art files and into the 3D realm!
Remember how everyone voted on the face for the Terror Teddy Pin? Well here is that Cheshire smile! this little guy has turned into my favorite pin, and I will need to order more. Absolutely adorable!

Now they aren't without their flaws. I am inquiring about the possibilities of fixing the issues with my manufacturer. Here they are!
On the heart, the tongue is abrupt with the gradient transition, and the potion is just wonky all around with a dark spot in the pink and in the purple. The heart is a gift to my backers, while the potion is not and is one of the original designs. I am currently in communications with my manufacturer on each of these issues, and will let you know the resolution. I may forgo the changes to the free pin, while concentrating on fixing the paid pin.
