This is a quick update on the status for pledges that contained the Ahoy base game (“Ahoy, All Aboard!” backers)

Once your order for the Ahoy base game ships, all backers will receive a tracking email from their respective fulfillment company and will not be notified through Backerkit. Please keep an eye on your inboxes for this information.

Because of the holiday shipping volume at our fulfiller, we are scheduled to have Ahoy base games shipped during January. Once they are ready to begin fulfillment, they expect a quick turnaround for the packing process to complete within 1-2 business days. Orders will typically deliver within 5-10 business days in the US and 10-15 business days in Canada from the time you receive your tracking information.

An export of backers was delivered to our fulfillment partner, VR Distribution, last Friday and shipping has already commenced. We expect backers who submitted their surveys last week to complete fulfillment by end of year. 

For any backers that have submitted past our initial date, we will process on a weekly basis and provide piecemeal to our fulfiller. Orders will typically deliver within 1-2 weeks from the time you receive your tracking information.

Please note that backers who could not find their surveys initially may want to try to log into Backerkit again. A batch of backers with payment or pledge errors were recently imported into the pledge manager on Tuesday so you may be able to access your accounts now.

Please note that starting tomorrow, December 22nd, our office will be closed for the holidays and will resume business on January 2nd. Our inbox will not be monitored during this time and if you require assistance, we will get back to you as soon as we can after the new year.
