Project Update: Fulfillment Updates and Combined Shipping Refunds πŸ‘

Anyways, we've got some brief updates for y'all about shipments.


Fulfillment Progress 🚒


We plan to begin posting weekly fulfillment updates starting August 30th until fulfillment is complete! So you can check back here every week to find out the status of your order.Β

North and South AmericaΒ 

The freight ship docked in California a little while ago and the games are currently on the way to the Good Company warehouse. Once they receive the inventory this week, they will begin inbounding and organizing it to prepare shipments. They plan to start shipments by Aug 30th.

Europe

The freight ship is experiencing some delays but the UK Spiral Galaxy warehouse expects to receive the products before the end of this month, which means shipments will begin in the first half of September. You can follow the boat's position here.Β 

Australia & Oceania

Aetherworks is still waiting for a container from the UK to arrive. Once the rest of that inventory has arrived, they will begin sorting inventory for shipments!Β 

Asia and Rest of World

VFI is still waiting for the products on the container ship. Once they have received it, they will begin sorting inventory for shipments in Asia and other regions. You can follow the boat's position here. Β

Combined shipping refunds have been processed πŸ™


Last week, we processed the shipping refunds on the Moonrollers pledge manager for anyone who had a combined order of Moonrollers and Mythic Mischief Vol II games. The refund was sent to your original credit card account on the BackerKit pledge manager/original pledge.Β 

It can take up to 7 days for it to show in your account. Make sure to check all of your associated accounts as it could have been applied to a more recent card if the one you used on the campaign has expired.Β 

If you don't see a refund from IV Studio in the next couple of days, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "MMV2 & Moonrollers Shipping Refund" so we can check on your order!Β
