This is a season where a lot of folks move! If you have moved in state, you can log in through your backer survey and update your shipping address. If you moved out of state, please contact us, share your new address and backer number or email address, and we will help make that change!
NOTE: We still plan to start shipping in fall of 2024. So, if you are moving temporarily this summer but will be returning to your current address in the fall, you may not need to make any changes to your shipping address. Check with our support team if you have any questions!
Pay Over Time Backers
You can now pay off your pledge early! You can check out our FAQs and read the section How can I complete my pay over time payments early? for a step by step breakdown on how to make an early payment. If you pay off your pledge early, you will receive your survey in the next 24 hours. If you don’t, contact us and we will help get that sent to you!
