Project Update: Wave One of Fulfillment is in Full Swing!
Hello Worldhoppers! Our chulls are loaded and we have finished shipping the numbered version of the $650 tier. Some shipments are still out for delivery, so be sure to keep an eye on your tracking information. We’re now moving on to packing and shipping the unnumbered version of the $650 tier! As shipments have gone out, we’ve seen some common questions come in that we’d love to take a moment to answer here.
When do I get my stuff?
As a reminder, we are working through shipping out tiers based on the volume of items in the tiers. Our warehouse is large, but we only have so much space! That being said, we are currently in wave one of fulfillment.
Wave two, which will include add-ons, will begin once we have finished shipping all tier rewards. Wave three will begin mid-2025 and will include New Secret Project rewards.
Why is my order incomplete?
If you’re missing something you expected, it might not be as incomplete as it seems! Your Words of Radiance tier rewards should all be shipped together, with the exception of the New Secret Project. Reminder, add-ons will be shipped separately!
What to do if anything is damaged/defective?
When you receive anything from Dragonsteel for this campaign please immediately look through it to verify that your items are in good condition. If you have any questions or concerns about an item that could be damaged or defective, please contact our team! Include any relevant photos or videos.
We only have a two week window from the time of delivery where we can offer a replacement for your campaign rewards. For any requests for replacements we receive beyond this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide any support.
How can I check my address to verify that it is correct?
You can review your shipping address here. After verifying your address, if you need to make any changes, please contact our support team!
I updated my address myself—is that enough?
To be brief, no! You must message us for that to be reflected in our shipping system.
When contacting our team, please include your backer number, email address, and your new shipping address and we will make sure that change is made correctly in BackerKit and in our shipping system.
Why isn’t my address locked yet?
Addresses are not locked until just before they are pushed into the shipping system. So, if your address has not been locked, it means that your pledge is still being prepared to be pushed into the system for fulfillment.
Keep in mind that there will be subsequent waves of fulfillment in the future. BackerKit will unlock any addresses that require further shipments as your shipping information will need to be pushed into our shipping system again.
How do I track my shipment once it says it is shipped on BackerKit?
If you see that something has been marked as “shipped” on BackerKit, it means that your rewards have been pushed to our shipping software and are being prepared for shipping. Up to two email notifications with a tracking number will be sent when your rewards ship, one from BackerKit and one from our store email, [email protected].

Though the ebook and audiobook have been available through dragonsteelbooks.com, they are still one of your BackerKit rewards and we want to make sure you can get them through the campaign!
We’ll be pushing these through for you to download through BackerKit shortly. Keep an eye out for an email to notify you when these rewards are available for download on your campaign digital rewards page.
