Let’s get right to the good stuff. We are on track to fulfill according to the projected timelines we outlined in our campaign. That means this fall we will be shipping tier rewards and add-ons in two separate shipments!
What are you still waiting for?
While we have received most of our pledge rewards and add-ons, we are still waiting for a few important items. Coins, coasters, and playing cards for the backer pack aren’t here yet, but they are on their way! As soon as they arrive, we’ll be able to start assembling the backer packs. We are also waiting on packaging for Dragonsteel Prime and The Way of Kings Prime. We want them to be a gorgeous addition to your shelves, so—like with anything we ship—we won’t be sending any of those out until we’re confident they can make it to you safely.
How are you shipping my stuff?
We wanted to take a moment to address how we’ll be shipping the tier rewards. Space is a finite resource, so our current plan is to prioritize tiers with higher volumes of tier rewards to mitigate overcrowding at the Dragonsteel warehouse. We’ve been trying to find a storage solution in Shadesmar, but the folks in Celebrant were more interested in trading goods than storing them. Shipping plans could change, so we’ll keep you up to date with how we’re planning to get these awesome items into your hands.
Backer Survey Percentages
Unsurprisingly, we’ve had an incredible response to the backer surveys. We are currently sitting at 96% completion! Now, this means we still have over 3,000 backers that need to complete their surveys. Completing your survey is required for us to get your rewards, so don’t delay!
Please note that this is still important even if you are just getting the New Secret Project in 2025 or are a digital backer, as you will not receive your digital files without filling out your survey.
