A short update for you today. We have fantastic news! Shipping for the Words of Radiance tier rewards is complete. 

We anticipated that we would begin shipping add-ons, including those rewards purchased during the April pre-order period, in the early spring. Well, we are at the end of February and we printed the first batch of add-on labels today! This is incredible progress from our warehouse team, and it means you’ll be receiving your add-ons sooner than expected.

With this in mind, our customer service team wants to make sure you receive your rewards correctly. Please check and make sure your address is up to date. If you need to make any changes, please contact our support team as soon as possible! 

Please be aware that add-ons will ship at a slower pace and will likely take at least a few months to fully ship. We are unable to pack them using our typical assembly line structure and must treat them as individual, customized orders. Nevertheless, regular updates to our shipping progress will be posted on the landing page of Brandon’s site. 

Isles of the Emberdark rewards are still slated to start shipping in the early fall of 2025.

We are unable to provide backers specific information regarding the shipping timeline of their personal rewards, however you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number when your add-ons ship.
