Don't forget, we are launching our campaign on September 5th at 6pm GMT/10am PST, so mark your calendars, get ready to help us have an amazing first day and join us for the celebration livestream!
The keen eyed followers will have noticed symbols featuring on all our promotional material and the main sigil for the story.
I am very happy to take this chance to tell you a little more about that with a small lore drop:
Long ago, when dragons roamed the skies freely and the land was still led by a King, Mana from the World Tree powered all magic within Batesian. The people were happy and the region thrived but, as with all good things, it was overindulged upon. It's Mana was stripped by the very people it swore to serve and thus, the World Tree died.
Overtime Batesian began to feel the effects of it's lost power. They watched as the rest of Akeroth thrived and they remained dormant waiting for the day another region would attack.
This would all change when Valethar, the Draconic Goddess of Creation blessed this land with "Lightbearers". These were beings who have been blessed with the ability to harness Light from various sources but to keep the balance she willed that they must have access to their Source to be able to use their extraordinary abilities.
Overtime Lightbearers of the same Source banded together. As they formed factions this eventually led to the 8 factions, each headed by their own enigmatic Light Lord.
