Today I wanted to showcase one of the more popular Lightbearer Factions (based on votes) - The Auradancers.
Mana died when the final leaf from the world tree, Heimstre, withered. Some say it was the overuse of mana, others argue this is a punishment from the gods but whatever the reason, Mana does not thrive in this land anymore. This was when Light was blessed upon it instead.
However, an Auradancer by the name of Vefari Oakspirit still felt Mana within all living things and declared "No. Mana will not die here." She drew on the final remnants that lingered within, birthing from this act, a new Source and a brand new faction.
The Auradancers were few in numbers, keen in their sieges but the most powerful in their trust, this is what the Pyrelords feared the most. A faction who drew upon hope and could inspire it in others. That is why the story of this faction is also the most tragic, for it is they who are no more. They who may never grace this land with their power again.

Stretch Goals
I mentioned being close yesterday but today we have smash through another stretch goal! This means we will get the animation completed and ready for absolutely free.

This also means we are now heading into the next goal - An Official Soundtrack. We will be commissioning a unique soundtrack for the novel that is themed around each of 6 main characters. This album will whisk you away into Batesian and be an auditory story for each of them.
