Project Update: Reminder to resolve payment issues/declines!
Hello hello, everyone!
This is just a reminder to make sure to resolve any payment issues that you might have!
If your card got declined for any reason, we advise you first and foremost to contact your bank to allow the transaction from BackerKit/Stripe! This should be more than enough to fix the issue, and your payment will go through normally once BackerKit retries to charge your card. You should also be able to retry your payment during the survey otherwise!
In the meantime, here are some helpful articles by BackerKit that may provide some insight as to why your card might've gotten declined. Alternatively, you can also just contact BackerKit themselves and see if they can help you with your issues! 🥰
