Hello my friends, as of the 9th, I was supposed to cancel orders of the 23 folks who never did their surveys. I didn't do that yet though! Which means for the 23 people on the list of never doing surveys have yet one more day. Tomorrow when I get to it, I'm cancelling their orders. I will email them each directly today with links to their surveys, letting them know they're getting one final day... a week after I said I would cancel haha. Maybe I give too many chances! 

Now on this project, 1908 people had their orders sent to New Titan for fulfillment. 

That's it! These 43 people have been emailed ceaselessly by me and Backerkit. I'll make one last try today!
I'll give the 20 people with failed shipping charges another week, to the 23rd, to get them taken care of. End of day tomorrow I'm cancelling the 23 people who never did surveys, and end of day the 23rd I'm cancelling the remaining 20.

You have 30 days after your package arrives (according to tracking) to let us know that items are missing, damaged. Inform New Titan.
You have 45 days after your package is shipped to let us know that your package itself didn't arrive, based on your tracking number's start date. For international backers, that's 60 days.

My office is a mess with your envelopes of items, right now. I'm trying to get them out today and tomorrow. It's one of those things where the shipping and materials cost are coming out of my pocket so I'll admit I haven't had them top of the list of things to do. My apologies! I got a little... overzealous with bonus add-ons and tiers at the last hours of the project and offered things for less than it costs for me to make or send out haha, so I'm now laying in the bed I made.
