Project Update: Fulfillment has begun and is ongoing!
Hello again all! It is going a bit slower than I hoped just due to the sheer variety of orders, but the first dragons are officially on their way, along with the few orders that had no plush! I don't doubt things will start going quicker as I adapt a workflow as well. Keep an eye out for tracking emails!

CHECK TO MAKE SURE I HAVE YOUR ADDRESS AND CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ALL PAID UP!!!
There are several of you who were successfully charged for your pledge but not for your shipping, a few of you who have incomplete addresses, and others who still need to pay for shipping and their chosen add-ons! Make sure you are not one of these people! I am happy to hold on to your items until you're able to provide a correct address and cover the rest of your order, so there isn't a genuine rush, but I suspect several of these are because you're unaware of the issue and have not been paying attention to the alert emails/they've been going to spam.
If you received an email about a partial refund on your pledge, this is because you had something in your pledge add-ons that were incompatible with the rest of your order, specifically folks who ordered jumbo stuffing who had no jumbos in their order. The refund is for the stuffing. Please don't worry, you are still getting your plush and they are still stuffed! If you received an email telling you your pledge was cancelled, it is because you did not pay for your initial pledge (or anything else.) At this point unpaid pledges are officially in position to gunk up my work flow. I apologize for the inconvenience, and please know that the plush are up on lairbrew.com for you to get at your leisure in the future if you are still interested!
Jumbo Eclipse Update:
The count was completed and it was as we feared. ALL the jumbo Eclipse have backwards horns! I still don't know what to do with these and am still looking in to solutions. I've reported the completed count to the manufacturer and they are working on arranging shipping for the replacements. I will make an update here right away as soon as I have more information, but for now all I can really say is "the ball is rolling."
Customs and Mega Jumbo updates:
The single Mega Jumbo Comet that was ordered has been completed and is on her way to the states! All of the standard 40 inch customs have had their first unfinished draft shared and feedback returned. I still haven't seen a WIP for the mega jumbo custom, but it is very different in body shape from the usual dragons and far larger, so I'm not too surprised.
