We're in the home stretch of Pintopia 2025—I can't believe there are only 48 hours left! Now is the time to finalize your pledges!

Firstly, the washi tape is unlocked and the design is DONE! :D It's now available as an add-on.

And there is quite a bit of interest in the "Six-legged Stag" design as a pin. I hear you! I am going to be turning it into a deluxe, 3" enamel pin. 🦌 With so little time left, it won't be ready by campaign end, but definitely as a survey add-on (and at a campaign-discounted price)!

Until then, the stag is also available as a new sticker option (and is now included in the "every sticker" add-on at no extra charge). As a reminder, you can choose your sticker designs in the BackerKit pledge manager.

I'm hustling to finalize more artwork and get vectors in order for my manufacturer. I will also be making some tweaks to the "Portrait of a Curator" pin design—nothing drastic, just making him a bit more elegant and a little less like a noodle. I'll keep you all updated!

I never dreamed this campaign would see so much success. I was optimistic it would be funded, but honestly, I was mentally prepared to have an initial stretch goal or two unfunded 😅 As this is my first Pintopia, I didn't know what to expect! I'm so excited to get everything made, and it means so much that these concepts and pin designs resonate with so many people.

I'd love to explore Moon Hollow Archive more in the future—I think there are so many spooky curios and haunted objects waiting within the void for their chance to become real 👁️ I also have some ideas brewing for entirely different (but still entirely spooky) pin themes. But for now, I'm so excited to get all these pins and fun add-ons made.

Pre-order Store ⭐
After campaign end, there will indeed be a pre-order store! So anyone that missed out on the campaign will have the chance to grab these pins. With everything else going on, I just haven't had time to set it all up just yet. I'll let you folks know when that's ready.

Quick Survey Note 📜
As for the survey, I'm going to wait a bit longer than I initially estimated. I'd like to have artwork completely finalized and ideally, samples made of everything first. I'd love for backers to see what each physical item looks like when deciding on the designs they want, and I want to be certain every object is turning out well!

Artwork Update 🦇
As I mentioned in the last update, this pin, "Portrait of a Curator" will soon receive an update to match how the character changed over the campaign. I want to give his shoulders a more sleek look, similar to the clothing shapes in the "Family Portrait" pin, plus give his head a little more structure and likely some more shadow tendrils . But that's about it! More of an enhancement and not a redesign.

I will have more news and status updates very soon.

As you may have noticed, the "Deep One" design won the washi poll! I'll get to work finishing that one up. :)

Acrylic charms are finally available as add-ons!

All of the designs from the main collection (15 different designs) are available as simple acrylic charms, the artwork measuring around 2 inches (50 mm). The designs are the same on each side, but with minor color variations.

Now some more complex charms:
The cervinae hexapoda—pride of Moon Hollow Archive, and one of our largest specimens—makes its first public appearance here. A biological anomaly once known to haunt this very area... Now encased in acrylic!

This acrylic charm is just under 3 inches, and will be coated in epoxy or resin.

While the artwork isn't 100% finished, I think you can get the sense of what this acrylic charm will look like! Color/contrast adjustments, as well as more nuanced details in side A's skeleton are on the way.

And there's one more large charm design. Is there anything we can't encase in acrylic?

A bit more niche, this charm of the Curator is large, at around 3.5" and will be coated in epoxy or resin! The artwork is pretty close to done, but I am going to boost the colors/contrast, and add paintings within each gold frame.

Do charm enjoyers like holographic or glitter effects? Are there other effects you'd like to see? There's a new poll for you charm folks!

Prints of these designs are also available! These are the same size as the gold foil print for consistency, but without gold foil effects. Double-sided, printed on thick cardstock with a soft touch coating on the front. There's also a bundle with both curator prints, since they go together. 

The artwork is the same as the charms, and will be due for the same bit of polishing.

A new Higher Tier with more add-ons!
This tier features everything in Arcane Collector (14 pins + foil print), plus the 25mm washi tape, all of the stickers (15 designs), the iron-on patch, the 3 new prints, and the 2 new large acrylic charms. I didn't include the small acrylic charms, as it seemed redundant with stickers and maybe a little too cluttered, but I'm open to adding them or giving them their own tier/add-on bundle if some folks really love charms. Let me know!

I'm also open to a few new bundle or tier ideas, but I will not be making any tiers lower than the $18/One Pin tier. In part to keep things fair for my cross-collab partner, who is offering a huge 4 inch pin as a cross-collab freebie for backing both this project and her project Sorceress.

Speaking of, I wanted to shout out my cross-collab partner Jeszika! She has a bunch of new designs and a cool bonus embroidered patch now available. Each pin is over 4 inches tall, and is intended as an enamel and metal art piece.

She's got a few more beautiful designs in progress, too.

Hello backers! 👁️

We've got a little over 1 week left in Pintopia, and I'll say it again, it's been amazing. We unlocked the Ichorous Eye 1" pin, and we just unlocked the second 1-inch eye pin at $30K! Now that all 3 eyes are pretty much available, you will now be able to choose your favorite design when adding a small pin as an add-on. If you don't have any small pins included in your pledge, or you want duplicates, you can also add all 3 pins as a bundle.

🌟New Tiers for a bit More Variety!

🌙 Upgraded Multi-Pin Pledge Incentive:
I've upgraded the incentive for pledging to higher quantities of pins. If you pledge for 3+ pins, you still get a free small pin, but now if you pledge for 6+ pins, you get another free 1-inch pin, and if you pledge for 9+ pins, you get all 3 small, 1-inch pins. This was a suggestion I received from a backer that I quite liked—thanks to Sofqish!

Feel free to add/remove add-ons and adjust your pledges!

Please note: If you are receiving the early bird reward (the free iron-on patch), you can safely edit your pledge in the dashboard of your account. However, if you cancel your pledge and re-pledge I have no way to give you your early bird backer status back!

Washi Design Work-in Progress 🦑
I have 3 concepts based on the "Eldritch Truth" theme, and I'd love to hear which one you all like best! Things are still a bit rough here and there, but the concept is pretty far along. The finished size will be 25mm (roughly 1 inch) wide, so pretty sizable! 
 

I'll keep you updated as things get polished up.

As we move into the final week, I'll have an announcement or two (and probably another poll because they're fun), but I'll mostly be hard at work getting artwork finalized. I still want to make some acrylic charms, because I love them, but I won't be adding more pins to this campaign. Apologies for any disappointment, but I've probably already made this campaign a bit more complicated than I originally intended! 😅
