Great news. USA fulfillment has begun!

As of yesterday, 232 packages were out the door with tracking uploaded. More packages will be going out daily. We'll be uploading tracking numbers steadily as they go out.

As a reminder, if you backed more than one Purple Planet project, your box will contain rewards from multiple crowdfundings. There are 7 projects being fulfilled in one process here. As backers you'll pay less for shipping them all in one box than you would have for shipping them all together. Our fulfillment partner, CRWN, has done a fantastic job of developing a process that is, as far as I know, completely unprecedented in the history of crowdfunding. The BackerKit team did a lot of work behind the scenes to make the pledge manager tech work to accommodate this. And the many publishers involved have been incredibly flexible and patient in helping us figure this out. You, backers, are ultimately the beneficiary of this. Let us know how things look when they arrive - and if you are one of the backers who receives multiple pledges in one box, tell the world about it! For international backers, the bulk shipments to our international fulfillment partners are en route. Those orders will start flowing in "a month or more" depending on destination and when the bulk shipment arrives.

Hello, denizens of the Purple Planet!

Good news. In last month's update, we told you fulfillment would begin in early January, and we are on track for that to happen!

Our US fulfillment partner tells us that Purple Planet is next in their queue. They have started sorting inventory and arranging the pick lines. They anticipate the first boxes to be packed and out the door sometime next week. After that point it will be a week or two to get all the US orders packed.

International shipments will come from the local market fulfillment partners. We're waiting on the bulk shipments to arrive, so our local partners can then pick and pack individual orders from within the markets. As soon as we hear updates on the freight shipments we will let you know.

In the meantime, we are looking forward to fulfillment starting soon - as I am sure many of you are too! We hope to have some tracking numbers to share next week.
