Project Update: Fulfillment Update Feb 19: USA 95%+ shipped
We are happy to report that the vast majority of USA pledges have also shipped. We are showing USA at 95%+ shipped.
For USA pledges, we are currently processing late survey completions, replacements for missing / damaged items, and so on. If you are a USA backer who has not received a tracking number or your pledge items, please triple check your survey, confirm you've paid your postage charge, and then email [email protected] so we can help get your product to you!
For Canada backers, an early draft of this update reflected shipping - however, that was premature! The Canada market is "very close" to shipping and we will provide more details soon as we get some further communication from our local fulfillment partner.
For EU/UK and AUS/NZ backers, the bulk shipments are en route to local market fulfillment partners. The update is still the same as last time: bulk shipments in progress. As soon as those bulk shipments land and local fulfillment begins, we will let you know.
In the meantime, we hope USA backers are enjoying their pledge items! For those of you who backed more than one Purple Planet project, you should have received them all in one delivery, which is more affordable for backers than multiple shipments.
We'll continue to post updates for EU/UK and AUS/NZ backers as the bulk shipments make their long journeys across the ocean.

I (like many others) had items missing from my shipment (and one item that was incorrect), and as directed contacted [email protected]. Part of the response was the following: I do want you to know that I have taken your information, I have passed it onto our fulfillment center, and we will be getting those missing items out to you. As far as when they'll be shipping out, I'm hard pressed to say as we're at the mercy of the warehouse, and they're still getting through Kickstarter fulfillments. Unfortunately, I don't have more concrete answers to give you at this time, and I really do apologise for the continued confusion and frustration. But I am working to make sure we can figure something out for you. Since replacement items seem to be at the mercy of kickstarter fulfillment is there any info on what the process or timeline looks like for getting missing items sent out? I don't know if I need to send the incorrect item back, if I'm waiting for a response from support, if I'll get info on a new shipment, if a new package will just one day show up on my doorstep, or if I should be expecting anything this decade. Any help?

I noticed I only got some of the PDFs of the books on DrivethruRPG I think only two of the projects I got I backed everything anyway to fix this?

I was thrilled to receive my all-in Purple Planet horde, but my heart sank when I picked up the beautiful limited edition PP Hardcover and discovered that one of the corners is bashed in. Who can I contact to get a replacement copy? Thanks!
