I (like many others) had items missing from my shipment (and one item that was incorrect), and as directed contacted [email protected]. Part of the response was the following: I do want you to know that I have taken your information, I have passed it onto our fulfillment center, and we will be getting those missing items out to you. As far as when they'll be shipping out, I'm hard pressed to say as we're at the mercy of the warehouse, and they're still getting through Kickstarter fulfillments. Unfortunately, I don't have more concrete answers to give you at this time, and I really do apologise for the continued confusion and frustration. But I am working to make sure we can figure something out for you. Since replacement items seem to be at the mercy of kickstarter fulfillment is there any info on what the process or timeline looks like for getting missing items sent out? I don't know if I need to send the incorrect item back, if I'm waiting for a response from support, if I'll get info on a new shipment, if a new package will just one day show up on my doorstep, or if I should be expecting anything this decade. Any help?
