Hi everyone! I'm just writing a quick update in case things were missed in the comments of the last update. Here's a walkthrough as to how to switch your pledge level:
1- Once you get your email for your survey you'll click to fill out your survey. 2- You will hit a landing page for your survey You can EITHER click the little hyperlink below the green "GET STARTED" button and swap to the pledge level of your choice.
3- OR if you click through "Get started" there will be a banner at the top of your survey that looks like this: You'll click on the hyperlink under "pledge level" (the text that reads C$20 Reward) Which will open up this window: You can click in the top corner: Switch Pledge Levels? and you will be given the option to switch.
NOTE: If you opt to switch from a higher tier to a lower tier you will not be refunded for the credit you paid while the crowdfunding campaign was running. As a rule, we don't do refunds. Or else that would make it difficult for us to manage actually paying for the items that were promised through stretch goals of the campaign.
NOTE.... after this update goes live, I'll be sending out surveys! Please answer them at your earliest convenience SO that we can start putting in orders for merch and getting this ball rolling!
