This is a short English-only update about fulfillment for North America. I have two pieces of news today: a so-and-so one, and a good one.
NORTH AMERICA 🚚 IN PROGRESS.
The so-and-so news is that there has been a slight delay at the North American hub, mostly due to confusion over the dual SKUs that make up the Broken Tales rewards (both the Core Book and The Broken Ones). Some of you ordered these items as add-ons, which are two separate items (a book and a vinyl with sheets), and something about the way they were packaged made the hub system go haywire. We didn't expect a problem here (we're talking about very few units, and it went fine in the UK hub), but for some reason the hub put all shipments on hold until they could figure out how to make it work with their system. So, in short, it took them longer than I was told to start shipping.
The good news is that many packages have already been sent out, some have arrived (see tweet below), and many more were sent out today. Some are still in "processing", which means they will be shipped after the 4th of July holiday. I apologize for the unexpected delay, but it's hard to coordinate even simple operations from an ocean away. I have done everything in my power over the last two weeks to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, but in the end, the hub had to trick their software into accepting the double SKU and just move things along.
