Some fulfillment news.
TL;DR: Shipments are complete for all regions except North America, but that's only because we can't teleport things yet.
ITALY
✅ COMPLETE. Please refer to the Italian part of the update.
REST OF EUROPEAN UNION
✅ COMPLETE. We're willing to fix potential problems if at all possible, so contact me at [email protected].
NORTH AMERICA
🚚 IN PROGRESS. The goods have been picked up from our warehouse and will be loaded on the vessel CMA CGM La Traviata on April 21st. After that date you'll be able to track the ship FROM HERE. It should arrive in Chicago after 28 days, around May 20th. I'll know better after the ship leaves, but considering customs, transportation to the hub, and the final leg of the shipment, I think it's safe to say you'll get the books in June. I had hoped it would be faster, but these are the technical times for worldwide shipping, and we can't make them any faster without charging 2-3 times the shipping cost. Anyway, they're coming!
UK + REST OF THE WORLD
✅ COMPLETE. All packages were sent out about two weeks ago. By now, depending on where you live, you should have either received it or be able to track where it is. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]. Note: If you live in Australia, you may receive two separate smaller packages instead of a big one, but all your stuff will be there.
