Project Update: UPDATE: ALL SURVEYS HAVE BEEN SENT!
Hi everyone!
Campaign surveys have now been sent out to all backers! Remember, these surveys are REQUIRED in order to receive any perks you ordered, as this is how we are collecting shipping information. Check the email associated with your Backerkit account and fill out the information requested ASAP so we can start fulfilling orders!
If you don't see the survey in your email, be sure to check all categories including spam. If you encounter any issues or have any questions, feel free to reach out to support. You have until December 31st to fill out your survey, so don't forget!
Thank you all for your patience in us getting this survey out! We'll put out a further update once we begin shipping out orders.

Project Update: UPDATE: First batch of surveys have been sent!
Hello everyone!
Thank you all so much for your patience regarding the campaign perk surveys. We have just sent out a small batch of surveys in order to make sure things are running smoothly. If you don't see a survey in your inbox yet, don't worry! Only 130 have been sent out so far. If all goes well, the rest of the surveys will roll out shortly.
Please note, these surveys are MANDATORY for you to receive your backer perks as it's how we are collecting shipping information for orders. If you encounter any issues, please reach out so we can resolve them before we send out the rest of the surveys.

Project Update: Production Update #2 (About survey delays + thank you for support at LBX!)
Hello all, Milo here!
Apologies for the delay in updates- we're a small team and we've had to spend the last few weeks doing a lot of prep work for attending LightBox Expo in Pasedena, California over the last weekend. Before we talk about that, let's get to the production updates-

Apologies for the delay in updates- we're a small team and we've had to spend the last few weeks doing a lot of prep work for attending LightBox Expo in Pasedena, California over the last weekend. Before we talk about that, let's get to the production updates-

- You haven't missed it, the surveys have not been sent out yet! Our sincerest apologies, that's on us. Besides the very busy prep work for LightBox expo mentioned earlier, we miscalculated some shipping prices for international backers. We wanted to make absolutely sure that shipping prices were as accurate as we could get them, and that they would cover all needs necessary, across as many regions as possible. We could not in good confidence rush that job before LightBox, so we had to put in on the backburner to ensure no one got ripped off. That being said, it's most of the way done already- and now that we're done with LightBox it just needs some final adjustments, a small test run, and then they should be out to everyone by mid-November at the latest! After the surveys are sent out, we'll be able to start shipping as soon as we get all of the surveys back.
ANIMATION PRODUCTION:
- LightBox prep has also slowed production a bit, but we're still going strong behind the scenes! The re-write is incredible, and some small (but needed) tweaks to the visual development are underway to ensure we can make the episode faster without compromising on quality.
And lastly, a word on LightBox Expo...
Seeing so many of you in-person during LightBox Expo was incredible beyond words and we are still processing it!! We're unbelievably thankful to be reminded of the amazing folks behind our screens. To everyone who came to our booth, whether you were there to buy merch or just talk- thank you!!! We can't wait to finish this episode and come back even stronger <3
And to those of you from around the world who couldn't make it to California for LightBox- we haven't forgotten about you!! (On the contrary, it's why the surveys have been taking so long, sorry again...) We hope to table at other events when we have the time and resources to do so, feel free to suggest some in the comments if you know of any! But for now, it's time to take a step back and go full throttle on Mandelbrot Hall.

Project Update: Production Update #1
Hello everyone! We've got some updates on campaign merch and how the pilot development is going.
MERCH:
MERCH:
- We've been finalizing the post-campaign survey, which will let you finalize details of your pledge perks such as shirt sizes or card variants. You can expect to see this survey in your email by the end of the month.
- You will also have the opportunity to add "add-ons" to your order before it's shipped!
- We've placed orders for some of the merchandise from our wholesaler, and the rest will be finalized once we receive your survey responses.
ANIMATION PRODUCTION:
- We're reworking parts of the script based on notes from our new producer.
- Once the script is finalized, we'll design any new materials, record dialogue with our voice actors, and start clean storyboards!
Thank you all for your patience- we're a small team and have had a lot of logistics to work through, but it's all to make sure you guys get quality merchandise and the best version of the pilot possible!

Project Update: We hit 60K!! What language do you want Mandelbrot Hall's pilot dubbed in?
WE JUST HIT 60K! Our final stream doesn't even start for another half hour!
First of all, HOLY COW thank you!! I can't believe we hit a stretch goal :D and you know what that means...
The Mandelbrot Hall pilot will have an official dub in one other language of your choice!!
Voting is open to backers only, and the poll closes ONE WEEK from today. We did our best to include every language suggested by you guys, plus the top languages from our viewer demographics. If you don't see the language you want, comment it below and let others like/reply to count as their vote!
