Thank you all so much for such a frogtastic and succesful first campaign! I took the Friday off to celebrate and give myself a break but figured I'd pop in quickly to let you know what to expect the coming weeks.
On Monday Roundbirbart will come over to my place to help set up the Backer survey and the pre-order store. I'll be honest, I opened it and noped out the moment I saw it resembled the Dutch tax office website, ahaha. I don't know exactly how long or when I'll send the survey but I expect beginning of March at the latest. I will also try to set up the pre-order store asap for those who missed out!
In the meantime Backerkit is charging your credit cards to get the payments in. In a few weeks these funds will be transferred to my bank account so I can start ordering the enamel pins. I've contacted my manu already and they are expecting me. I'll be posting updates about how this goes (with hopefully some fun manu-pictures of the sample pins for colour picking) to take you along on the ride! I'm excited about this for the Northern glass frog and the Black rain frog. as I'll be trying the stained glass pin and recessed metal pin options. Gonna be an adventure!
Via the survey you will set up and pay for the shipping costs. I expect, for now, that the fulfillment will take place end of May, beginning of June at the earliest. We'll have to wait and see the production time and the shipping time of all the pins. Roundbirbart and I will be packing and fulfilling the orders together, this to make it more fun, to help each other out and to be able to offer the combined shipping for those who choose that option on the survey.

Now for some fun statistics (Roundbirbart shared hers too and it's really fun to see)! • We unlocked all 15 frogs and 3 tadpole mini pins. A total of 16 'frogs'! • In total 284 of you backed both Frogtastic Frogs and Birds of Rotterdam. Which means a total of 284 ducklings and frogs on a lily pad will pond hop over to you! • A total of 943 enamel pins have been pledged. Along with 148 board fillers. • Mind you the boardfillers are 3 mini pins. So 3x148 is 444 mini pins plus 943 enamel pins making it a grand total of 1387 enamel pins! I have no concept of how much that actually is (hooray for dyscalculia) and will probably loose my eyebrows to the ceiling once again when I see it visually waiting on the table to be graded. (Time to get that clutch remover I've been seeing floating around.) • Sticker sheets were loved too with a total of 58 sheets (not counting the Early Frogs which I couldn't find the statistics for yet, but that's a lot as well) • The other add-ons were also loved with a total of 9 vinyl sticker and 19 pairs of socks! I love that these are picked up as well as it depicts my Floris the Frog who I love dearly and have been designing products with for some years now.
All in all it's save I am absolutely flabbergasted and blown away by how this campaign went and the response to it all. A big thank you from the bottom of my froggy heart!
