Good news in this update because the survey has been approved! This means I'll be sending out the survey this weekend.
Here's a little recap:
Combined shipping with Birds of Rotterdam. If you backed both Birds of Rotterdam and Frogtastic Frogs you can use the combined shpping. You pay shipping costs over at Birds of Rotterdam but need to follow some information I've mentioned in my survey. It's mentioned in the first question so it should be easily followed.
Roundbirbart and I will cross reference the information provided by you all and make sure both the birds and the frogs are in one package. Plus the two freebie pins of the duckling and frog on a lily pad, of course!
Only backed Frogtastic Frogs If you only backed Frogtastic Frogs, you can ignore this information and carry on like usual for surveys and fill in your shipping information so you pay the correct amount. Early frog freebie The Early Frog freebie for those who backed in the first 48h will be added to your order automatically. The same goes for any add-ons you already added during the campaign. I'll make sure everything is added to your parcel when the time comes. If you wish to add extra sticker sheets you can do so via the add-ons offered via the survey. That way you can get extra's with your extra's.
Choose which frogs you want + add extra's Via the survey you'll let me know which frog you'd like to receive. You can also add some more add-ons before checking out, they are the same I offered during the campaign. Like socks, extra stickers and the sticker sheets.
No backer but interesting in the frog pins? For those who didn't join the campaign I have opened a pre-order shop! Pre-orders made in this shop will be shipped out together with the Backer fulfillment.

I am currently working on the Backer Survey, I hope to send it off for review by the Backerkit team, so the survey can be sent early next week. Via the survey you can choose which frog pins you'd like and also provide your shipping address.
Important notice for those who backed both 'Birds of Rotterdam' and 'Frogtastic Frogs': If you wish to use the combined shipping, please let this know via the survey from 'Frogtastic Frogs'. There will be an extra question with information about this in the survey.
There are currently 29 failed pledges. Backerkit tries to recharge your card again after a failed attempt but, please check if your charge went through by going to your profile menu and going to 'Your Pledges & Surveys'. Click on 'Frogtastic Frogs' and check if you were successfully charged. You can retry charging your card it the charged failed. Do so by re-entering your card information. On Monday Roundbirbart will come over to my place to help set up the Backer survey and the pre-order store. I'll be honest, I opened it and noped out the moment I saw it resembled the Dutch tax office website, ahaha. I don't know exactly how long or when I'll send the survey but I expect beginning of March at the latest. I will also try to set up the pre-order store asap for those who missed out!
In the meantime Backerkit is charging your credit cards to get the payments in. In a few weeks these funds will be transferred to my bank account so I can start ordering the enamel pins. I've contacted my manu already and they are expecting me. I'll be posting updates about how this goes (with hopefully some fun manu-pictures of the sample pins for colour picking) to take you along on the ride! I'm excited about this for the Northern glass frog and the Black rain frog. as I'll be trying the stained glass pin and recessed metal pin options. Gonna be an adventure!
Via the survey you will set up and pay for the shipping costs. I expect, for now, that the fulfillment will take place end of May, beginning of June at the earliest. We'll have to wait and see the production time and the shipping time of all the pins. Roundbirbart and I will be packing and fulfilling the orders together, this to make it more fun, to help each other out and to be able to offer the combined shipping for those who choose that option on the survey.
So for the coming weeks and months you can expect some sporadic updates here, if you ever wish to ask something you can always reach out.
Now for some fun statistics (Roundbirbart shared hers too and it's really fun to see)! • We unlocked all 15 frogs and 3 tadpole mini pins. A total of 16 'frogs'! • In total 284 of you backed both Frogtastic Frogs and Birds of Rotterdam. Which means a total of 284 ducklings and frogs on a lily pad will pond hop over to you! • A total of 943 enamel pins have been pledged. Along with 148 board fillers. • Mind you the boardfillers are 3 mini pins. So 3x148 is 444 mini pins plus 943 enamel pins making it a grand total of 1387 enamel pins! I have no concept of how much that actually is (hooray for dyscalculia) and will probably loose my eyebrows to the ceiling once again when I see it visually waiting on the table to be graded. (Time to get that clutch remover I've been seeing floating around.) • Sticker sheets were loved too with a total of 58 sheets (not counting the Early Frogs which I couldn't find the statistics for yet, but that's a lot as well) • The other add-ons were also loved with a total of 9 vinyl sticker and 19 pairs of socks! I love that these are picked up as well as it depicts my Floris the Frog who I love dearly and have been designing products with for some years now.
All in all it's save I am absolutely flabbergasted and blown away by how this campaign went and the response to it all. A big thank you from the bottom of my froggy heart!

With the last 4 days upon us and many questions, so here's some extra information:
The Early Frog rewards are linked to your email of your account. So you can switch to whatever pledge and still keep the Early Frog rewards! Nothing to worry about.
There's one new pledge level: 'all 16 frog pinsThe whole pond'! With this pledge level you can choose 16 frog enamel pin that are unlocked. Fingers crossed we unlock the last two so everyone can choose one of each frog design. This pledge level also contains the extra board fillers set!
The 'All 12 frogs pins' pledge level has been changed to '12x enamel pins' and still active.
The board filler set is now also available as a separate add-on. Previously I mentioned everyone can just choose the 'One frogtastic frog' add-on to also pick the board fillers. But for overview on my end I decided to split this up. 'One frogtastic frog' is only for the frog enamel pins. 'One board filler set' is only for one set of board fillers. Please switch add-ons if necessary! Important: The tadpoles cannot be purchased separately. They are only available as one set of 3 different tadpoles!
Each pledge of 3 or more pins will have one set of board fillers added for free automatically. No need to add an add-on for that, unless you want another set added.
The four stretch goal frogs (Black rain frog, Fire-bellied toad, Tomato frog and Fringed tree frog) plus the board filler tadpoles will also be available on an additional sticker sheet! This one can also be found in the add-ons section for €3. These are not added to the Early Frog rewards so you have to add them yourself if you want these too.
One of the tadpoles of the board filler set will be black nickel. I played around with the idea and decided to go for it. So the board filler set will contain 2 gold plated tadpoles and 1 black plated tadpole. The overview on the project page have been updated accordingly.
The campaign ends on 13th of February (22:00h Amsterdam time for me) and after that there cannot be made any changes to your pledge and add-ons. So be sure to double check everything before then!
When the campaign has ended I'll set up the Project Survey which you will receive a few weeks after. In this survey I'll collect the shipping address, any additional info and you will be able to pay for the shipping. (I looked at the page to set up the survey and uh.. woah. I'm gonna need some time and lots of tea to figure this all out, haha! Luckily Roundbirbart has offered to help. All to say: please have patience for me while waiting on the survey, thank you so much)

And last but not least a sneak peek for the backing card for the freebies! Since we'll be offering combined shipping we can actually place both of our freebie pins on one cute backing card! It'll be a vertical backing card depicting a little pond with reed on the background. The ducky and frog pin will be pinned on the card so it will look like they are on the water surface on their lily pads. This is still a rough sketch so expect the end result to be a bit more refined.

The Black rain frog and Fire-bellied toad are completely done, only left is vectorizing it, but nothing will likely change except some small details. The Tomato frog and Fringed tree frog are sketched for now and will receive their colours after the weekend.
Great news is that we have surpassed the €8000 (for now, behind the scenes a lot of backers change/switch or cancel pledges) so the Fire-bellied toad is now also unlocked!
For the Black rain frog I hope to try and make it a recessed metal pin with a clear enamel over it and screenprint on top. Doing it this way I hope the recessed metal will imitate the skin of the frog. All the others will be regular hard enamel pins with a bit of screenprint on it.
