Thank you so much for supporting our first BackerKit campaign. I apologize that it's taken me so long to get back to you. I immediately went to trying to wrap my head around Pledge Manager, tabling events, getting the book to the printer, and, of course, the kiddos.

Mardou’s mysterious abilities almost come second to the fascinating evolution of her personal life, which is loosely based on Alene Lee, a lesser-known Beat figure.
