Rye-sopod is inspired by the Porcellio werneri, otherwise known as the Greek Shield Isopod, named for their native country and their unique flat shape. While these creatures can actually get quite large at 2cm, Rye is even bigger so they can hold your transit passes, cards, and trinkets!
