This campaign is a love letter to some of the most interesting - and flat-shaped - creatures of the world combined with some of my favorite places to visit: cafés! Let's get to learning about the friends! 🥖Breb the Coin Pouch🥖 Meet Breb! He is inspired by one of my favorite toad/frog species, the Surinam Toad. Both the Surinam Toad and Breb lack a tongue and look at you like this :O when their mouths are open. Breb is a 5 inch long x 4.5 inch wide zipper pouch with a keychain attachment. He is excited to hold your trinkets, coins, and snacks...he especially loves snacks.
🍞Rye-sopod the Passcase Pouch🍞 Rye-sopod (or Rye for short) is inspired by the Porcellio werneri, otherwise known as the Greek Shield Isopod, named for their native country and their unique flat shape. While these creatures can actually get quite large at 2cm, Rye is even bigger at about 8 inches long so they can hold your transit passes, cards, and trinkets! They have a card holder slot on their belly and a zipper pouch, with a keychain attachment.
🥞Pancake the Tortoise with medicine box🥞 Pancake "Pan" is inspired by the Pancake Tortoise, an amazing tortoise species that is native to East Africa. Pancake Tortoises are generally herbivorous - they want to remind you to get your greens and vitamins even though sweet treats are tasty too! Pancake is a 7 inch long x 5.5 inch wide zipper pouch that can hold a round medicine box (included with each pledge) and has a removable keychain attachment. The medicine box is made of food-grade plastic. The 7-compartment inner piece can be removed so it can be cleaned easily. 🍵Matcha the Mola Mola 🍵 Matcha is inspired by the famous taiyaki treat as well as the Mola Mola/Ocean Sunfish, the largest bony fish in the world! Matcha is big enough to fit 12.9" iPad pros and has pockets on the inside to help you hold all your things. Matcha (including his fins) is a big catch at about 16 incheslongx 15 inches wide and has removable straps so he can help you as a backpack, crossbody bag, or an iPad/electronic sleeve.
Our main goal is to unlock Breb! This goal also unlocks the freebie Creature Cafe print. Then, our next goals will be to unlock: Pancake the Tortoise (with the round case that comes with them), Rye-sopod, Matcha, and the 6 designs of dyed enamel pins. The last goal currently planned is to unlock a magnet, sticker sheet, a wrist lanyard, and a neck lanyard. More goals may be announced dependent on achieving our original goals. :D
Each pledge tier comes with one freebie 4"x6" thank you print featuring creatures from the campaign. Add-ons can be added onto your initial tier by selecting them in the pledging process. These add-ons include:

Early Bird Backers (who pledge within the first 48 hours) will receive a $2 credit to be used during the survey process for shipping costs or add-ons. They will also receive a thank you Breb doodle on the back of the campaign-exclusive print that is included in all pledges. Thank you for coming out and supporting early! All Backers will receive this 4x6 thank you print featuring the creatures in this campaign, as well as other flat creatures of the world.
If we reach our initial goals, I am hoping to offer more freebies as a thank you!
Items in this campaign will ship to all locations, except if the region is blocked due to global events - pledge will be canceled/refunded in this case. UK backers will need to pay tax through my website before items are shipped to you to meet country regulations. Please note all parcels are subject to taxes/duties that must be paid once the items arrive to your country, dependent on your countries' regulations.
Shipping costs will be paid after the campaign and are not included in the pledge tiers/add-ons. Price will be dependent on location and weight of items. USA: Shipping costs will start at 5 USD for 1 enamel pin & $6 for one Breb. Canada: Shipping costs will start at 12 USD for 1 enamel pin & $13 for one Breb. Everywhere else: Shipping costs will start at $14 USD for 1 enamel pin & $15 for one Breb.
🥖The wording of this campaign is phrased positively in the hopes we achieve all of our goals. Updates will be given as needed.
🥖Pledges will not be charged until the hours after the campaign ends successfully. If the campaign is not successful, pledges will not be charged.
🥖Early bird backers (folks who made a pledge within the first 48 hours of the campaign) will receive a $2 credit added to their balance after the campaign during the survey process. These backers can use this credit to save $2 on shipping or other add-ons if added after the campaign. They will also receive a Breb doodle on the back of their free print.
🥖Please note that all products and images are currently mock-ups and samples, so final products may end up with slightly different colors or shapes due to changes in the mass manufacturing process. Updates will be communicated to you all.
🥖Funds from this campaign will be directly used to fund and fulfill the items in the campaign. My current estimates are: 83% for the products, 5% for fulfillment, and 12% for fees & taxes owed.
🥖For items like enamel pins where there are multiple designs to choose from, you will be given the chance to select the design when the survey is sent after the campaign.

As mentioned before, this campaign is a love letter to some of the most interesting - and flat-shaped - creatures of the world combined with some of my favorite places to visit: cafés! I began working on this line back in March 2023 and after a year and a half - and many samples - 4 bags/pouches are ready to be adopted, plus enamel pins, lanyards, and more! I wanted to create a line of practical items that honored some really cool creatures of the world while still being fun and a little silly. Thank you again for stopping by!
