Project Update: A short note for UK backers
Hello jailbirds!
Just a quick notice, because Corvi posted about it, and it feels right to stay on the same page.
So, short story shorter, UK backers were handled offsite and it got goofed.
Since you guys weren't flagged automatically in any system, we had some miscommunication. Nobody's fault, no hard feelings, but we weren't aware of cross-collab backers. UK orders for Backyard Birds were shipped, alone, by Corviforms.
The first round of these packages started showing up across the pond this week, and we only caught this when some backers reached out. Things have been more chaotic than usual for both of us, and while that's not an excuse, it did cause this.
If you are a UK cross-collab backer, you will be getting ALL rewards - Corvid Crimes, Cash Crow, and Blue Jay (if requested) and store credit (if requested, instead) with your Bird Crimes pledge.
Yes, this means you are no longer getting combined shipping. No, this does not mean you lose the compensation. You guys were promised a blue jay or some other birds, and it's not fair to yank that away.

As for everyone else, you are on the BackerKit site and were flagged in a segment for cross-collab backers. You should not be affected by this.
If you received a single Backyard Birds pledge package or shipping notification, when you purchased from both campaigns and opted for combined shipping, please reach out to me @ [email protected] so we can figure out what went wrong.
Other than that, pins are in production and I'll post 'em as soon as I get 'em.
