Review my shipping policies here (which have some pretty strict restrictions on refunds/replacements for packages lost by buyer error), and remember, if your felons escape because you're not home to receive them, they'll wreak havoc on the community and steal like, ten Kias.

The cutoff for last-minute changes is September 15th. Any changes after this, unfortunately, you will be charged for the change - we'll need to refund your purchased label, and nobody wants to do that.
