One: addresses have been locked. This was announced earlier this week, so, hopefully it's not a surprise. Whatever address you had in your pledge at about 10 AM this morning is now locked in, and your items will be sent there. You will not be able to change any details of your shipping address.
I don't have an exact estimate on delivery right now, but one and a half to two months is fair right now. September shipping for BIRD CRIMES and BIRD CRIMES + BACKYARD BIRDS orders is likely.
We are still waiting on a confirmed sepia color set for the pins, and after that, production and shipping from my factory are the big thing to wait for. Turnarounds for this many pins with similar color complexity have generally been about 1-2 months.
If you have an emergency move before then, or have another extenuating circumstance come up, you will need to contact me. You can reach me thru [email protected], or by joining my Telegram chat for customer service. I'll need to change your address manually. With some prodding, and maybe a really deep frustrated sigh, I can do this until the day we ship - which you guys will be warned about at least a week in advance.
This is a jaded, tired reminder that KEN'S PIN HUSTLE shop policy is that lost or returned packages that are the fault of the buyer (name or address issues) are handled with cathartic amusement and extreme prejudice.
If your pledge gets returned to me by USPS, or destroyed by customs because of your failure to provide and up-to-date address or legal name at the residence, you will have to order a replacement at full retail price.
Please make sure everything's good on your end, and if it's not, hit me up and force me to fix it for you. I'd rather get twenty emails than have to check daily for twenty returned packages addressed to Sephiroth Sanchez's old dorm room from April.

Two: If you backed both BIRD CRIMES and Corviforms' BACKYARD BIRDS, and opted in to COMBINED SHIPPING, go read the last update.
TL;DR while we can't refund your second shipping fee, we CAN make it up to you.
By default, US backers will be compensated with an ASSAULT BLUE JAY pin. International backers will be given $20 STORE CREDIT, either in items added to their order (from either shop).
This is due to the difference in average shipping fees: US buyers paid about $6, while you poor saps across the pond got $16. BIRD CRIMES pins are worth $14 retail.
If you are an international backer and would prefer the blue jay pin, or would like to add $20 of items to your BIRD CRIMES pledge instead of receiving a voucher via email later, you need to reach out to me as soon as possible.
You can do this via email ([email protected]) or thru my Telegram channel. Due to the fact you guys apparently can't actually access it, I cannot use your backer number: please be ready to provide the email used on your pledge so I can add your stuff.
