This update is for you, random citizen. And not the rest of my backers, who probably should have thrown a molotov into my window by now.
Anyways, I'm getting stickers ready for you guys.
Between wrangling commissions, arguing with my insurance company, and crusading thru Costco looking for paper clips, we are slowly but surely getting stickers packed.
Did you pick your voter sticker? If not, sorry, it's a little too late to do so - I printed about 500 packing slips, and I'm not digging through all that mess to add a request. Try again next time.
If you ordered anything for BIRD CRIMES, you get your free 4x4 sheets, and a glossy paper voter sticker. But this also means LITTLE SHITS vinyls, and our 2" mugshots.
In the (likely) event we do combined shipping at a different location, this will make pin fulfillment as efficient as possible.
But, it also means my dining table is a war zone.
Speaking of things on my dining table, Little Tiel is here. He, miraculously, did not get pulled and strip searched by the TSA. He is here, and he looks fantastic!
This is a production sample for an upcoming project of mine. He's about palm-sized, four or so inches from his feet to head. Other than some small stuffing and embroidering tweaks, he is looking mostly ready to go. I will shamefully admit I spent the entire night he came in holding him in one hand while I organized fulfillment spreadsheets. I love him dearly. I hope you do, too.
His big brother is being resampled, due to some material issues. While it's sad, it's a normal part of production, and I hope to be able to share pictures of him with you soon.
I don't currently have a launch date for this project, but I will keep you posted.
The BIRD CRIMES color sample pin should be shown to me next week. We are still workshopping enamel fill colors, but we're on the right track. A white % tweak to the middle tone gray should be all we need to proceed with mass pin production.
I am expecting pins to arrive late July to mid August. I'm sorry we aren't on the faster end of fulfillment, but, I want to give you guys the best product I possibly can. As always, I will post any major developments, good or bad, in our schedule.
Anthrocon is coming up! I will be preparing, and going, in the next week.
