Another work-in-progress reveal of the newest design :) Abyss! It's hard to have favorites as an artist, as they are all my babies in one way or another, but some just click so well when I am working on them, and this one is one of those pieces. I just really loved how this one felt, the gesture of the pose, and the spookiness of this lovely sorceress of the night. I hope that you guys love her as well!

✨ Abyss ✨ A sorceress illuminated in the flashes of the lightning bugs around her - she is a totem to the duality of our nature, both light and dark. Are we peering into the abyss or are we the abyss? Are we the lightning bugs, the stars, illuminating the night or are we she shadows, peering up at the light? Like the cycles of day and night, our curious souls move between the veils of light and dark, ever looking, ever learning. Like the fireflies, we flit along the edges of dark and light, the twilight edge. What aspects of your soul peer curious into the abyss? And what aspects of your soul peer out of the abyss into the stars?

And, as I finished getting this sorceress ready to post last night, just when I thought I was caught up, we unlocked another stretch goal lol ✨ Exhale is now unlocked! ✨ I will be working to get a work-in-progress of her design ready in the next day or two as well :)

✨ And with 3 days left, we have one more stretch goal left to unlock - Advent! ✨ I know this one was as hoped for as Exhale (literally the vote came down to one vote) and so I set her stretch goal slightly closer than planned at $29k to give us the best chance possible to unlock her. We are making great progress and I think we have a very good chance of hitting this goal before the campaign ends, esp with the extra bump that the last day or two usually brings in pledges. So fingers crossed!
 

✨ As asked in the comments, I also went ahead and added the 'Dreamer' iron-on patch as an add-on as well, for those who would like to get her aside from the bonus freebie or get multiples. And I realized I never shared the sizing information for her - the patch will be about 2.5 inches wide x 4 inches tall.

Ok, I think I have covered everything 😅 Earlier in the weekend I also added an 8-pin tier for everyone who wants the complete set - and if we start getting close to unlocking Advent I will add a 9-pin tier as well. That way the pledges can help ensure she gets unlocked :)
