I hope all is well. I'm sending out updates and getting ready to fulfill everyone's pledges, but there's just something I have to know:
For those who haven't pledged yet, what's stopping you?
I'd love to include you in my decision-making process, but the only way I can do that is if you respond to my polls and discussions. So, be honest with me.
In fact, make it as brutal as it needs to be, because I value your opinion and I'm hoping to build a long-term community.
So, drop a comment telling me what I can do better, or if there's something I need to explain better, or just to vent. Whatever it is, let me know in the comments, and I'll do my best to offer you the reward you deserve.

I can't believe we made it here! It's almost time to lock addresses and begin shipping rewards because the only thing left is to go through the proof copy of Blood Ties, send out eRewards, and order the physical copies of all the books!
I know you all have been waiting patiently to see what it looks like and photos just can't do it justice (though I will post those soon). If you're curious, I posted a video unboxing the proof copy of Blood Ties and the vampire teeth pins on Instagram. You can check that out at:
As for the eBook and other eRewards, I'll be sending those out on 22 November, after I've read through the proof copy and can be sure you're getting the best version of the book possible. I was on vacation, so I'm a bit behind on that. But, don't worry, I didn't forget. You'll be able to read Blood Ties soon!
In the meantime, could ya'll help me with a dilemma?
I want to get everything to you by the holidays, which means sending in the revised manuscript of the book by 22 November. I'm confident I can get this done, but it means you won't have the cover for my second full-length novel in the back of Blood Ties.
OR
I could ship out rewards closer to January so ya'll receive everything by February, the original date this project was due.
Keep in mind that I have Apollycon in April, and Blood Ties will be available for purchase before the convention. In other words, the later you receive your rewards, the less time you have to enjoy it before its official release on 1 April 2025.
Let me know your thoughts in the poll. You have until 1:00 AM on 21 November to think about it since the ordering date is so close.

I just wanted to let you know that I'll be charging cards between 11:59 PM and early morning tomorrow—basically at whichever point I have time to do it since I'm on vacation. 😅😅😅
So, why is this important?
I'm trying to get your rewards out by the holidays!
And that means I have to finalize your names and order books from Ingram by 22 November, otherwise, you'll be waiting a lot longer.
The proof copy of Blood Ties came in yesterday while I was out of town, and I'm so excited to see it when I get back home so I can show it to you all! 🥰🥰🥰
Once I've configured the proofs look good, I'll order the books and we'll be all set.
That said, if you haven't completed your survey yet (yes the are still a couple of stragglers ), please complete your survey today. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Otherwise, your name WILL NOT appear on the Acknowledgement page in the book (it'll say Anonymous, like some of those who opted out of inclusion).
Other than that, I believe the only thing I'm waiting for are the vampire teeth pins.
