I hope all is well. I'm sending out updates and getting ready to fulfill everyone's pledges, but there's just something I have to know:
For those who haven't pledged yet, what's stopping you?
I'd love to include you in my decision-making process, but the only way I can do that is if you respond to my polls and discussions. So, be honest with me.
In fact, make it as brutal as it needs to be, because I value your opinion and I'm hoping to build a long-term community.

Project Update: The Bad, The Good, and The Upcoming
Hey, hey Bloodlings!
I hope everything is well with you all and that you're feeling happy, healthy, and wealthy. No TLDR today because this is a short post with the Bad, the Good, and The Upcoming.
The Bad
I really wanted to get everyone's items to them by the holidays. Unfortunately, those who live in Canada won't be able to get any of their items due to the strike. I'm not sure when I'll be able to ship to you, but hopefully the strike will end in favorable terms and I'll be able to send your rewards shortly.
Also, those with physical books may not see their rewards until February since Ingram Spark is backed up, and the expected time to print is 15 days with delivery taking 1-7 days. That's 22 days total.
Last, those with outstanding balances on their accounts, or those who have not completed their surveys also will not have their rewards shipped until their accounts are current. If you fall into this category, you will have received at least one email from me directly.
The Good
If you don't fit into the categories in "The Bad" section, your items were shipped yesterday. And, except for two international backers, your tracking number is available in your account.
Second, I was able to place the order for the physical books today. So, there's that. My guess is that, with the holiday season, I'll receive orders around the week of 20 January. But, let's hope they arrive sooner. Everything else is prepared for shipping, so you'll be able to receive your items by February, which is still in line with the original estimated date.
The Upcoming
My pre-order store is open and will remain so until January 31st, when I will close it in favor of the pre-order store on my website. Prices on my website pre-order store will be higher than the Backerkit one, so if you want the Backerkit rates, I suggest you pre-order before January 31st.

I have another book coming out next year. I hope it will be published by early March, and I'm considering running a campaign for it once I'm able to get art work done. Whether or not that will happen is dependent on if the book will be available for purchase at Apollycon or not. If you'd like to be an ARC reader of the book, let me know and I'll send you a digital copy once it's been completed and edited.

Project Update: Locking Addresses and Beginning Shipping!
Hey hey Bloodlings!
Just popping in to give you a quick reminder that I'll be locking addresses tonight. You'll have 48 hours to update your address, then that's it! I'll begin shipping rewards without books.
Then, tomorrow, I'll update the files for the physical books. Ingram takes about two to three business days to update files, which means I'll be able to order the books next week.
After that, it takes some time to print and ship to me,so I estimate
that I'll be able to ship books to you somewhere between mid-December and late January.

Project Update: eRewards and Locking Addresses
TLDR: You'll be getting an email to download your eRewards. I'll be locking addresses on 2 December and shipping rewards out right after. For physical rewards, those without books will receive their rewards first. Those with physical books will have to wait until the printing is complete with Ingram. Happy holidays Bloodlings!

It's ya girl J.S. Living wishing y'all some happy holidays (because we accept all peoples over here)!
I know, I know. You're tired from making Thanksgiving dinner--unless that's just me?
Anywho, as always, I'm wishing, hoping, and praying that you're happy, healthy, and wealthy after Thanksgiving filled your stomach and left you broke--again, just me?
It was a busy holiday, so I apologize again for the false alarm. I'm sorry about being wishy-washy lately on these eRewards. I overestimated how much time I had to prep and cook dinner, work my day job, work my side hustle, and edit this book. Because, I mean, the edits were more significant than I initially thought, so it took longer than anticipated. Luckily, it's finished now. Woo-hoo!
I'm still waiting for the cover of my new book before I send out physical copies, but the PDF and epub copies are now available through BookFunnel, and you should be receiving a separate email to claim your rewards. Yay!
Just a reminder that the original timeline for the project was February, with the wide book release happening in April.
So happy that I'm able to get the eBook version to you now (even though it's after Thanksgiving), so you can have it to read throughout the rest of the holiday season.
But I'm not just sitting here y'all!
While I wait for the book cover to my second book (of which I'll be revealing the title of soon!), I'll be locking addresses on Monday, 2 December so I can begin packing up orders, as I believe I'll have the final copy of the print version complete by then.
From there, I'll order the physical copies for you all as I don't forsee any additional errors being present in the files. Though, if you read through the eBook version and find any glaring errors, don't hesitate to let me know so I can fix them and send an updated copy. I want you to enjoy the product I'm sending you, so I have no issues making adjustments when it comes to formatting and glaring text issues.
That said, if your issue is the plot, I can't help you there. My characters do what they want. LOL.
Anyways, as I was saying, I'll be shipping out physical rewards without books FIRST. Then, once I receive all the copies from Ingram, I'll be shipping out physical rewards with books so everyone can get their rewards in a timely manner.
Then you all can tell your friends how much you love the book and how they should visit my pre-order store which will be closing in early January. Hint, hint, wink, wink.

Project Update: Apologies, eRewards, and Pics
Hey Bloodlings!
Apologies, I didn’ send the Rewards yet. I found the errors in the proof copy, but I had a few personal things crop up, so I wasn' able to complete the edits.
I'm hoping to have all eRewards sent out before Thanksgiving so when you're families begin to drive you crazy, you'll have differing to do.

Just kidding. Family time is precious. But I do plan on getting the eBook to you before Thanksgiving.

I took a lot of them, so you can see what it looks like. The printing costs were high due to the color images, but I think it worked out.
