So sorry about the delay in update. We had a busy time getting to GenCon with an unexpected blown tire on our truck, but we made it! Here's a quick update for you about shipping and address changes. Your games are getting closer and closer! 🙌

The games are getting closer to the ports! Some boats have just arrived at port, and are now going through customs and land transit. Other boats are still on their way to their final destination port. 

Check out your boat status here:

North America (This ship has arrived at port) 

Europe (This ship is still scheduled to arrive in Great Britain in August)

Oceania (The first shipment has ported, and now we are waiting for a second shipment from the UK) 

 

If you missed the past update about combined shipping...

We will be finalizing all shipping addresses on August 6, 2024 to begin shipping in late August and early September 2024. 

If you are unsure where you will be located in August or September, please change your shipping information to a secure address so that you will be able to receive your game. This can be a family member's or friend's address instead.

You can change your shipping information by recovering your Backerkit survey, and then clicking either the "Edit Shipping Info" or "Edit Your Address" button.  

We plan to merge the Mythic Mischief Vol II and Moonrollers orders to be shipped together in one package to you, and we will refund you 100% of the Moonrollers shipping costs after we have confirmed the merged shipping. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any concerns about combined shipping as we will be using your emails from Kickstarter and BackerKit to merge the shipping info.

Opting out: if you would rather have the two orders shipped in separate parcels, please let us know with this form by Aug 6th.

Refunds

The refunds for Moonrollers shipping costs will take place after Aug 6th, which is the deadline for letting us know if you would like to opt-out of the combined shipping. We plan to send your refund through the original card used on the Moonrollers BackerKit pledge manager. 

If your card is expired but you still have an account with that bank/credit company, the refund should be rewired to your new card account. If you are no longer using the same bank or credit company, please send us an email with the subject "Moonrollers Expired Card Refund" so we can send your refund through an alternative method instead. 

We'll be at booth #2938 and will be showing a prototype of Brink, our newest game! Plus we'll have several other unreleased games for you to check out, like Mythic Mischief Vol II, Fractured Sky Rift, Veiled Fate Tribunal, and Moonrollers.
