To my surprise, a few days ago, I found this project listed in my Shop app. Okay, I thought — so Green Ronin has elected to use Shopify to keep track of fulfilment. Makes sense, I suppose. But to my further surprise, it was listed in the app's order HISTORY — as in, listed as ALREADY DELIVERED, now asking me to review the product it said I'd received. Now, that ... I could find no way to rationalise. I therefore immediately contacted Green Ronin's support to see if they could offer some explanation. They have not responded at all. I also contacted Shopify's support. They came back with a canned response about filing a lost shipment claim, so no help there either. Anyone else seen this happen?
