Cool concept! A question about the card "Called to Greater Purpose", it says to discover a role card and play it in the hero play area with the most cards in it, but do we have to also follow the rule of the villain card, saying to put role cards in hero play area with no role cards? So do we put it in the hero play area with no role cards that has the most cards in it, or do we put it in the hero area with the most card in it, regardless if there is already a role card in it? (sorry for my english, not my first language)

Hopefully we will get a formal response, but I think the answer is that yes, we have to follow the villain card's restrictions, and the role goes into the hero play area with no role that has the most cards in it. It's probably set up that way because the restriction on where role cards go doesn't exist on the flip side so things can get chaotic.

I think it's just following the idea of specifics beating general rules. Since "Called to a Greater Purpose" tells you specifically where to play the Role card, you follow it. But any effect that says "play the top card of the Villain deck" or the card played each turn are played based on his character card. Since the Roles have no exclusive wording, like Mr. Fixer's Styles for example, there's no reason you can't be given more than 1.

I am under the impression that any Hero Character can have any number of roles because the End Phase step on Grimm's gameplay references activating 1 role in a heroes play area. If the cards were limited that rule would be worded very differently.
