Alright, we’re here for our final update! Hooray!

We’re done, neighbors! Everyone should have received their package by now! If that’s not the case, please be sure to email [email protected] with your BackerKit email address and full name. Then, we’ll be able to help you track down exactly what’s happened. Sometimes packages get lost! It’s a bummer, but it does happen from time to time. No worries, though, we’ve got your back.

Thank you all to our fantastic Backers who helped to make this fun game possible. We wouldn’t be anywhere without awesome people like you. We’ll see you at the next neighborhood barbeque! Just don’t forget to bring the grill.

Welcome back, neighbors! The neighborhood barbeque is nearly up and running! Your games have arrived and we’re going to be getting them out to you as soon as possible. Hooray!

Unfortunately, we’ve hit a little bit of a processing issue that we’re working with BackerKit to fix right now. Something has gone amiss in the transfer process! But as soon as we have that sorted out, we’ll be sending out your packages right away. We are estimating that your packages will begin processing by the end of this week or the start of next week. It isn’t too long of a delay, but just long enough that we wanted to keep you all posted. Once shipping officially starts, we’ll be sure to let you know and approximately when it will be complete. 

Expect a lot of updates here in the coming days! We’re in the home stretch!

 Surprise! Quick update to let you know that shipping is now happening! Woo! Your packages are being processed and will soon be heading the way.

All packages should be shipped by June 17th at the latest. If you have not received a package or tracking number by that time, please be sure to reach out to [email protected] and we’ll be able to help you!

We’re in the final home stretch, neighbors! Thank you so much for your patience while we handle the most tumultuous part of this whole process: shipping. We look forward to our final update where we’ll officially announce that all packages are shipped!

Hello, neighbors! Fantastic news: License to Grill has arrived! We're so excited to get this game right to your backyard barbeque!

Now is the time for final address changes!

You should be able to update your addresses by following the instructions in this article with BackerKit. However, if you're moving states or between countries, you'll need to email us at [email protected] to manually update it. You should have also received an email from BackerKit with a reminder to update your address and can follow those instructions.

The cut off for address changes is Wednesday the 22nd of May at midnight, so get them in as soon as possible!

 Welcome back, neighbors!

Summer is right around the corner! We hope that your grilling game is ready because you’ll soon be able to practice with this awesome game! Where is it now? Excellent question.

It is still being delivered here to us in the US, though we anticipate that it should be delivered by the end of this month or beginning of next month. Yeah, not exactly the “it’s delivered!” news that we were hoping for, but progress is being made! We’re set to either be right on time or just barely outside of our projected window for delivery. License to Grill is thankfully not experiencing any big delays such as bad weather or the like, it’s just taking a little longer than we’d hoped. But! Fear not, should there be any bit of news — even outside of our normal update schedule, you’ll be the first to know.

Since delivery creeps ever closer, now is the time to get your addresses updated! It’s not quite the final call for addresses, but you want to make sure that your address is accurate and up to date. You should be able to change your address by following this link here. But, if you need to change states, please email us at [email protected] where we’ll be able to update the address for you!
