Hello friends!

We have absolutely SMASHED through the funding goal within 3 hours - I am so excited I can hardly sit still! We've even unlocked our first two stretchgoals, the rainforest and grassland biome! Both feature absolutely incredible animals, which you can check out below.

The next stretchgoal is around the corner: at 1,600€ we unlock legendary animals! Not only are they especially unusual or critically endangered animal - they also come as holographic! Yes, you read that right: shiny animal collection is nearly upon us!

Rainforests are super diverse, containing millions of species not yet described scientifically. Over a quarter of modern medicine has been developed thanks to organisms discovered here. And yet, despite their huge value to us they are declining rapidly around the world, thanks to rapid deforestation and environmental pollution.

Grasslands are a fairly new habitat, and it is already disappearing again. Only very few pristine grasslands remain, most have transitioned into semi-natural (meaning requiring human use or livestock grazing) or fully agricultural grasslands. Nevertheless, they are still home to the largest herds of grazers and their predators.
