Project Update: Goal switching update, Pin Design Updates, and New support and sticker only tiers!
Hey everyone!
I have some updates on switching around the stretch goals that I think might be better and make sure everyone has a chance of unlocking the pin they want the most!
Mini Macaron Poll Update:
So an update on the poll I posted a majority of people so far have voted to move the mini macarons to unlock them sooner, however there is a pretty high 30% of people that really don't want to move it. To me 30% is high enough where I am concerned for for moving around the goals.
HOWEVER!
I am a new idea, very few people have pledges for keychains. What we could do is, instead of unlocking keychains (which unlocked at $500 alongside melon pan frog), we could push them back and unlock not only the macaron frogs but the cake roll frog! However we would have to push back the next stretch goal number to instead $1200, which I believe is still totally possible. So, to recap this proposition;
Both the mini macaron pins and the cake roll frog will be unlocked at $1200
Keychains would be locked behind a $1500 separate stretch goal
The final pin, the quicksand boba pin, will still be unlocked at $1800!
Do not worry! I did a lot of math, like a lot. And these final stretch goals will allow us to unlock all the following things and still have leftover funds just in case of trouble, and if no trouble, to order additional pins! Please let me know what you think of this revised plan! I 100% think its possible to reach $1200, and even $1800! And to further assure you. If by some very small chance things go wrong and there isn't quite enough funds from the project, I will cover whatever further costs are necessary.
Regardless, PLEASE let me know what you think of this! I think its a great plan that hopefully caters to everyone, or almost everyone!
And one last thing, some pin designs have been updated!
I have changed the plating for the freebie pin (on 4+ pin pledges) and the Sourdough loaf pin. They have both been changed to gold. I was double checking files with my manu and she said copper plating would make the sandblast effect appear pink. So to make sure that doesn't happen, we've changed the plating to gold. I hope this is ok with everyone!
