A quick update about the pledge manager and the first PDF!
Pledge Manager Survey
All pledge manager surveys have now been sent out to all backers. Thanks so much for your patience with that! If you have any questions or need assistance with your survey please reach out to us at [email protected].
The Pre-order Store is also now open. If you are a backer, be sure to access add-ons only through for survey as going through the pre-order store will create an additional pledge instead of accessing your original survey.

Hello! As I fill out my survey, it is a little unclear to me if the Ill-Nano & Jubilee cards are already included in the Gold Box (Golden Unboxer tier). If they are not, I would want to add them; but I do not want to add an additional set if they are already included. Can you clarify? Much appreciated! :)

Hello, very excited about this game! However, ROW shipping is far higher than I expected: $70 is more than double any listed expected charges to known countries. I know shipping is unpredictable, but unfortunately this makes it not worth it for me. Is it possible to get a refund?

In the pledge manager, where you see a list of items with cost, it shows a shipping cost of $22 for my pledge. However when I go the final payment screen, the shipping cost jumps to $47.20. Is that a glitch that needs to be fixed?

I have a similar issue to Lee below. I originally saw one shipping fee, then played around with adding some Add-ons, then ultimately went back to my original pledge but the shipping fee didn't reset. I did originally pledge for some add-ons, so it's possible the shipping fee is correct and the first number I saw wasn't calculating correctly, but I'd like to make sure before I make payment.
