Hello adventurers!

We're excited to announce that all of the Phoenix pins have arrived! We will be beginning fulfillment over the next week or so as we'll be going through the batch of pins and making sure we only send out the very best.

Overall, we're happy with the production of the pins, but our manufacturer did have some trouble getting the blue glass ring around the miniature pin due to the sizing. It still came out super cute though!

We're waiting on one more piece before we start shipping, but that should arrive in the next day or two. We found some pretty fun colored bubble mailers, so expect your Phoenix to arrive in style.

Also, if you haven't had the chance to check it out, we'll be running another campaign during Pintopia 2025. We have a few fun cross-collabs during Pintopia, so if you'd like to get even more Phoenixes (and Cecil!) check it out!

Hello Adventurers!

We're happy to let you know that as of yesterday afternoon, we are at 100% fulfillment! (Technically 95% if you include everyone who didn't fill out their survey. We're going to send out additional reminders for that soon!)

If you haven't already, you'll be receiving your Phoenixes in the next few days (International backers may have to wait a little longer). We really hope you love them! You should have also received a tracking number, please let us know if you didn't get yours and we'll send it over as soon as we can.

In the meantime, we also wanted to make sure everyone knew about the next campaign we have running. Cecil is looking for more help!

Hello adventurers!

We're happy to report that we have begun fulfillment for the campaign!

So far we have packed every order and shipped out about half of them! We delivered them to the post office just this morning!

If you are outside of the US we expect the shipments to arrive sometime in the next 1 to 3 weeks. 

Be on the lookout in your email for tracking numbers. We're hoping to have everything shipped out in the next few days, but we do have some conventions that may slow us down.

We have an exciting update: The manufacturing for the Phoenix pins is nearly complete! We expect to receive them sometime within the next two weeks. Once we have them, fulfillment will begin immediately.

For Pintopia, we're planning on launching a new project with adult versions of every Phoenix. We've already shared one of the designs, but we wanted to show off some of the others! Keep in mind, the designs are not 100% final!

We hope you’re as excited about these new creations as we are. There is one important question that we need your help with! We're trying to determine how large the adult Phoenix pins should be. I've attached the sizing guide from one of our manufacturers to the poll here, let us know what you think!

We were currently thinking 2 inches was going to be a good size for these pins but would love to have your thoughts.
