Project Update: Happy New Year! Production Status Update.

Beyond the City of Skull Adventure Path Impact

The entire adventure path is complete and its so good that parts of the hex crawl rules and the hazards are being incorporated into the main book for City of Skull. Patrick Clapp, who has been writing all of the MAZES adventures as the lead MAZES MONTHLY has really gone all out on this one. We got dragons, magic-resistant orcs, hidden societies, terrorist spell bombs, and esoteric theories of portal magic.  No matter what your group is into, there are multiple paths through the adventure cycle, all leading to one of four different, exciting, and cinematic adventures.

The rules for down time, hex crawling, and character selection are also so compelling that we are incorporating them into the standard options coming out of City of Skull. Heavily playtested and expanded - these options give you a codified way of playing West March style games with the Mazes rules - without having to fear power creep or "getting lost".

Production 

Our promised delivery of physical items is May 2025. Right now we are on schedule assuming the printing times are what we expect. We are printing everything in the United States except the screen and coins.

  • Maze Controller Screen completely written, laid out, & ordered

  • In-World Card Deck is designed, awaiting edit & layout
