Project Update: GUARDSMAN MINI UPDATE
Zeenutz!
We got some images of a 3D print from Jason, and here's what he had to say;
"(the cape) It's thin for sure. The only parts that really worry me at all would be the points of the collar and the bit of cape that pokes out to one side. (and) gluing the separate parts together and have had to trim the pegs and on the base file out the hole a little to make them fit. There is always some warping when you print something, and straight edges get effected the most. Scaling it down probably makes that a little worse but anybody that 3d prints knows about that and has clippers. I just nick corners a little and they fit fine."
Here's his photos!

We are seeing if we can thicken up the cape, but for now it is printable at 32mm to 35mm without issues and as Jason also said;
"... he printed pretty good."
