While your "Kidds" are traveling, please be aware that winter storms may cause some shipping delays. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping email to keep tabs on Krampus along his route!

Once your package arrives, PLEASE OPEN CAREFULLY. We recommend using sharp objects on the sides only and manually opening the box to avoid accidentally cutting your plush.
 

Here’s what you’ll find inside:

✅ Any pins, stickers, and prints you ordered ( paper items are sleeved inside green cardboard to prevent bending )
✅ A thank-you note and a coupon for a FREE Version 2 Bell

While Velcro is fun for larger objects, we found that it’s less ideal for smaller play-friendly items. So, we’re creating a new version with a snap instead! Your first Version 2 Bell is completely FREE - just use your coupon to order it! You can place this order any time, but we recommend you place it closer to the shipping date, which is estimated around July 2025.

Important: If you ordered two or more plushies, keep all your coupons for verification purposes.
