I am a backer of this project at the Hero level from the UK and like most of you i have been stuck waiting for the release of product. I have heard nothing from the team since the April update stating that they were shipping the product out but i never received a shipping label (i check my email every day and religiously go through the spam) or any word of what comes next from the creator. I contacted Support and they have tried to get a hold of the creator on my behalf but to no avail. I think it is awful that in this current year we can be in a position that money is taken in good faith and people are just ignored and left to flounder / take a loss when it is inconvenient for people to resolve an issue. I purchased this as a birthday gift for my wife as she has always been fascinated as to how WoW (a game that we both play) was made. That was over a year ago. I was fully aware when i was booking this that i was going to get it for the next years birthday but even then - nothing - just tumbleweeds. I have spoken to support multiple times and expressed my displeasure with this as a process and the utter lack of communication from the creator. At this point i either want the items or my money back, I have never been more displeased with an interaction through sites like these as i am with this one and it has soured my outlook for this entire process. I do not blame the support team for the lack of creator response as they have tried their best to be helpful and to contact the creator but when you are told by a member of any team that this is the last time they will reach out on your behalf for an update it really does take the wind out of your sails. I am happy for those of you that managed to get a happy ending to your journey for this printing but i am afraid mine is more like a horror story.
