I received a mail from Whalebacker after I had contacted them, granted it did take sometime. I've also had emails from FedEx confirming my order is on the way and I should have it late next week. Contact whalebacker if you're still waiting on your order.

To those of you still waiting for your book, there's something you can try. Backerkit are just forwarding emails over to the WoW Diary project team which isn't helpful as they appear to have disappeared off the face of the earth. However, if you go to Whalebacker's website (Whalebacker is the company fulfilling the orders), you can contact them directly. The normal "contact us" button at the bottom of the page doesn't work, so instead click on "Work with us" halfway down the page, then "get in touch". Let them know your status, and they should respond a few days later. I did this and got a response a week later. They said "Looks like you weren't part of the data upload we received on this originally. I found you in the backerkit and manually built this order. Should be en route by next week". I then started seeing shipping emails before finally receiving my long-awaited book last night. Looks to me like the WoW Diary team have messed up a bunch of orders somehow and they're just sitting in limbo...

In Canada, and I've received no response to a ticket, and no word about stuff. I'm a mite ticked off now.

Also in the situation where I submitted a query to Backerkit, they forwarded it on, but still not response weeks later...

I received it damaged and the creators of the project are not responding. Between many of you who don't receive it and those who receive it damaged, this shows a lack of seriousness. Like many of you, I'm disappointed. I'm trying to get the item exchanged or a refund but they won't reply. The project is almost two years old.
