I received it damaged and the creators of the project are not responding. Between many of you who don't receive it and those who receive it damaged, this shows a lack of seriousness. Like many of you, I'm disappointed. I'm trying to get the item exchanged or a refund but they won't reply. The project is almost two years old.

Even my ticket never got answered.... thats ridiculus by now...

Still nothing received after so many months. This is a disgrace. Give us an update or refund.
