About a month ago I was told that the copies are going to be send out soon! I still have no shipping confirmation for Germany. Could you please create a post and update us in the exact estimate as to when the copies are coming our way?

This was intended to be a response but it got lengthy so I will just post it here. I believe John brought Nolan "Source Point Press" in on this so he wouldn't have to do all the work like last backing, which was amazing. I believe that is why we don't hear from John because he provides the product, Nolan SPP provides/oversees the services. With that being said, John could give an update without backers having to reach out to him on X/twitter, then a backer posting his response here. I will assume, since that is what I am left with, the problem must be bad enough that John wants no part of this debacle because it has been that far off the rails. As far as refunds, I would not hold my breath. This is not the same motivation (check those early fun comments) that we saw when money was trying to be raised, which is more than likely gone. I've posted before that the more issues, and the longer this goes on, the more answers need to be provided. Answers are scarce to none with this backing and I believe that to be Nolan. Although we are supposed to conveniently believe things have changed with Nolan, I believe him still to be Source Point Press commenting since I see no difference in actions with the name change. The way things are going, maybe he wanted to exit the stage. I will add that after I pointed out the, "Hey folks" intro Nolan used in past posts, were also being used by new SPP comments, all but 2 of those disappeared the same day. So Nolan being SPP would mean Nolan was speaking in third person when stating Nolan was sick in an update. How convenient. BUT, lets say that SPP is not Nolan and I am wrong, that would mean we have 2 SPP people on this now and it isn't better? Rabbit hole maybe, but come on. I filled out a message form earlier this week on Whalebacker's website and sent an email to SPP, but I have not received a response. Whalebacker being in charge of shipping, I imagine would ship what they have, meaning they don't have anything to ship? Which means Nolan/SPP need to work on getting it to them, again my assumption. BUT, If it was a shipping company issue, how easy it would be to post that. Things never had to be this way, and just look at all of the unanswered questions from people that have paid for this product which is now an over a year experience. This is about work ethic and the lack of common decency in which we have only 2 names associated with this on going fiasco. Bona Fortuna.

For folks who ordered just the booklet and received a 2nd edition book instead. I was able to reach out to [email protected] and they sent me the post-mortem booklet and a mailing label to send the 2nd edition back.

I don't know if it mentioned somewhere on the project page that the slipcase exclusively fits the second printing. I have an original Kickstarter printing, and I thought this slip case would be a good way to keep the postmortem and the original printing together in the same place. How wrong I was, this slip case is not even close to big enough to fit my original copy of the book, let alone with the postmortem. If I had realized that my 1st edition would not fit in the slipcase, I would have ordered another copy to store in it, now I just have slip case with the postmortem floating around in it like a 5 year old wearing his dad's blue jeans. The only information I can find that indicates the slip case is only for the 2nd printing is the phrasing in the survey "The World of Warcraft Diary Slipcase 2nd printing", but I do not recall seeing any information about the dimensions of the printing being different than the first printing, all I see is: "The content between the first and second editions is identical" shame on me I guess for assuming that identical content would mean identical/compatible dimensions.

Seriously, John Staats, the producer, publisher, SOMEONE please weigh in with an actual answer. No BS. If it’s going to be xmas before this thing ships then just say it. Immediately followed with my refund.

It was 3 months ago that the update said 'fufillment will happen over the next month'. As a lowly hero pledger, should I be concerned that mine still has not shipped?

Anyone else with the first edition book discovering that the slip case doesn't fit?

Any update when to expect my pledge? No update on what the time frame for Australian Shipping.

Hey Nolan, can you give an update on the status of things? Maybe answer questions these folks have asked? You know, the same folks that bought into this with you at the helm? There is absolutely no way you are not aware of these questions, and I dare you to say you are not aware of them because that would speak volumes in itself. I believe John has done his part and this is solely on Nolan Source Point Press now. I moved and didn't get my copy, even though I have been forwarding my mail. USPS told me I should ask the issuer for help, as the item is now effectively lost. I don't know what to expect, but I hope that I can get some help with this. As a former WoW dev it would have meant a lot to have a copy.
