Re-re-posting since SSP / Nolan / John / whoever has my book wasn't answering the last post.

To everyone who has not received any T&T or shipping confirmations: I emailed BackerKit's support and after around a weeks back and forth my book is finally on it's way. I'll encourage you to do the same so everyone gets what they've paid for. All the best!

Pledged for hero and didnt have a tracking number so I emailed [email protected] as someone else recommended. 1.5 days later they responded with shipping link, so I recommend the rest of you europe backers to do the same. Crazy how long this thing has taken

I emailed Backerkit support, **which can be located by clicking on the "FAQ" tab at the top between "Community" and "Discover", then click "send us an email" on the right**. I am requesting a refund because I am over this, but I doubt that can/will happen. As a Glory backer who also purchased addons, I am around $300 US on this experience. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason we can't get FREE and TRUTHFUL communication on status. When some backers have received shipping information which means product is supposedly on the move, but then doesn't move over a long period of time, I believe no work is being done at all. So for those that have not received anything, what are we supposed to think? How long is that line of wait? It is 2 months shy of a year past the original promised delivery date and you don't communicate or answer questions. Hiding makes it worse, and worse it is.

I really enjoyed the first version of this book and was looking forward to the updated edition, but it seems pretty clear that I'm never getting this book. I'm glad I only ordered the book and not one of the more expensive tiers, as the delays and poor communication make it clear that this was either a mismanaged project or simply a scam.

Not sure why that would not be posted here by John and clearly Nolan isn't honoring anything. So there is an issue with a Nolan replacement, I have to assume...again. John, letting us know something here on backerkit is better than what is happening now. Crap happens but it doesn't need to continue being explosive diarrhea.

I see a backer received a book through Backerkit email communications and that is great news and may work for you all as well. I received a reply to my email from Backerkit. They apologized and are issuing a refund for the book and addons. While I was excited about being a Glory backer and receiving these products, numbered book and note from John, that started disappearing with the delays and lack of communication, but honestly, the lack of responses to warranted questions did it for me. John you become the go to when there isn't anyone else since there are/were only 2 contacts associated with this backing. I try to be a really patient person but it becomes difficult when you have money on the line and are faced with indefinite silence. While I have been frustrated, what makes it easier for me to request a refund is because I already have the "The WOW Diary" from the first backing. I was one of the first ones to sign up on the first backing, before John had to regroup due to some bad info, and try again months later where he hit it out of the park. I watched John Staats and Mark Kern commenting on/promoting the first book and it's a great watch if not a must watch. John did all of the leg work on the first run and I believe that is the difference here. The books do exist and I don't believe John to be a bad guy. The only thing in my opinion he is guilty of with this run is not finding the courage to face this issue and speak on it to the backers. Legitimately, he may not want to scare anyone and have everyone running for the exits. I don't know if John has an answer yet of course but I believe the responsibility is on Source Point Press and replacing their employee Nolan. I don't know how big the company is and why they haven't worked something out with John now that he does not appear to have a Source Point Rep. I believe the books are in another state which would also add to the logistic issues and then you have money, did SPP already get the money to do the job and John can't do anything right now until things are worked out. John is working on another project and that is probably another reason he relied on Nolan and SPP, to keep him freed up so he can work on his other project at the same time. Without any updates, that is where my creative mind has gone. I believe the book is worth a wait for sure. John just needs to let everyone know that he is a tight spot and he is working on it. He can't offer up a timeline if everything's in the weeds. While I can't speak for John, I hope all of this is close to being right. If you grow tired of the wait, you too can reach out to Backerkit and request a refund. John, I would say that a response would go a long way right now and I wish you the best. I love the book and for now, I could use a new fishing pole and I have, "A Taste for Grouper", iykyk.

For a month now it says: Label created. Date pending. Any update please / thank you.

It's not just the EU and other locations, it's also the US. I have not received anything including shipping info. Didn't want anyone thinking some countries were receiving over others. Also, anyone can print the label and send the shipping info, its the work after thats needed of course. It's like someone worked on shipments for 30 minutes and quit. We're all in this boat/zeppelin together.

About a month ago I was told that the copies are going to be send out soon! I still have no shipping confirmation for Germany. Could you please create a post and update us in the exact estimate as to when the copies are coming our way?

This was intended to be a response but it got lengthy so I will just post it here. I believe John brought Nolan "Source Point Press" in on this so he wouldn't have to do all the work like last backing, which was amazing. I believe that is why we don't hear from John because he provides the product, Nolan SPP provides/oversees the services. With that being said, John could give an update without backers having to reach out to him on X/twitter, then a backer posting his response here. I will assume, since that is what I am left with, the problem must be bad enough that John wants no part of this debacle because it has been that far off the rails. As far as refunds, I would not hold my breath. This is not the same motivation (check those early fun comments) that we saw when money was trying to be raised, which is more than likely gone. I've posted before that the more issues, and the longer this goes on, the more answers need to be provided. Answers are scarce to none with this backing and I believe that to be Nolan. Although we are supposed to conveniently believe things have changed with Nolan, I believe him still to be Source Point Press commenting since I see no difference in actions with the name change. The way things are going, maybe he wanted to exit the stage. I will add that after I pointed out the, "Hey folks" intro Nolan used in past posts, were also being used by new SPP comments, all but 2 of those disappeared the same day. So Nolan being SPP would mean Nolan was speaking in third person when stating Nolan was sick in an update. How convenient. BUT, lets say that SPP is not Nolan and I am wrong, that would mean we have 2 SPP people on this now and it isn't better? Rabbit hole maybe, but come on. I filled out a message form earlier this week on Whalebacker's website and sent an email to SPP, but I have not received a response. Whalebacker being in charge of shipping, I imagine would ship what they have, meaning they don't have anything to ship? Which means Nolan/SPP need to work on getting it to them, again my assumption. BUT, If it was a shipping company issue, how easy it would be to post that. Things never had to be this way, and just look at all of the unanswered questions from people that have paid for this product which is now an over a year experience. This is about work ethic and the lack of common decency in which we have only 2 names associated with this on going fiasco. Bona Fortuna.

Seriously, John Staats, the producer, publisher, SOMEONE please weigh in with an actual answer. No BS. If it’s going to be xmas before this thing ships then just say it. Immediately followed with my refund.
